But who appointed you the guardian of press freedom in Rwanda? You’re not even a professional journalist; you’re just a wannabe. Where do you get the audacity to think you can dictate to Rwandan journalists what they should or shouldn’t write?

You pocket hundreds of millions from #Tshisekedi’s collapsing banana regime while your #mercenaries, mostly disposable Colombians, kill #Africa-ns for mineral access. Classic neo-#colonialism: white American cash, poorer non-white bodies. The Goma captives in 2025 were mostly Romanian mercenaries from other firms; your own have already been bloodied, one New Zealander dead, an American wounded. Same old #racism: outsource the dying to the Global South, extract the minerals,

As already noted, Washington's "diplomacy" has openly descended into an openly transactional mode; it has become shamelessly and entirely a pay-to-play game.

C’est le néocolonialisme des terroristes occidentaux. L’Afrique DOIT suspendre toute coopération avec eux, pour s’allier à la #Russie et la #Chine . La les choses iront mieux.
"We should have trade with all countries, without exception, but we should not, of course, be dictated on how to conduct our business, how to develop our economies, which, as you know, comes with what they call 'conditionalities.' "These people have always something to say if, let's say they don't like how you run your country, then they suspend or stop the development cooperation. This is unacceptable. We should, as African countries, engage into relations with other countries based on mutual respect and shared benefits." Amb @onduhungirehe on @RT_com

You've Trump's son-in-law Michael Boulos (married to Trump's daughter Tiffany) in business with the Tshisekedis, even as the father, Massad, advises Trump on DRC policy. Add in Trump crony Eric Prince with a contract to supply mercenaries to Kinshasa. Need any further clarity?!

And here comes the Expert in all things... instead of explaining the impact of sanction, the phrase "Funga Mkanda, tight your belt" is repeating in his argument..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Zigama CSS actually doesn't have a SWIFT code and not part of SWIFT. It's a cooperative bank for security organs, not a mainstream commercial bank.. @SamuelBaker_B
Back in 2025, as sanctions mounted, Kagame told Rwandans to "funga mkanda," to tighten their belts. This May, he admitted the US sanctions "hurt, absolutely." His regime knows who pays. In the short term, the pain starts at the edges: foreign banks backing away, international transfers getting harder, and military purchases becoming slower and more expensive. Over time, that cost spreads. Workarounds are paid from the same budget that funds schools and hospitals. Companies linked to the security establishment may lose foreign partners and contracts. If investors start treating Rwanda as risky, pressure on the franc could eventually reach prices. Citizens are asked to tighten their belts so the war in Congo can go on. How much they end up paying depends on one decision by Kagame's regime: whether to keep backing M23.

Surprisingly the U.S. Administration disregards pertinent concerns at play and opts for appeasing a greedy selfish tyrant. The man with pending cases of money laundering, looting minerals and siphoning over $700 million meant for Ebola response mechanism is being accorded preferential treat.

Couldn’t agree more. But most importantly, how will these sanctions save the Congolese citizens from their dictator @Fatshi20 He is busy robbing DRC wealth to Europe under the pretext of war, killing innocent citizens, spreading ebola & manipulating to change the constitution!
