This is for absolute beginners of pastry making. So if you really don't want the crap sold to us in supermarkets, & want to have a go at your own, & never made it before, then this one is for you. Once you can make a basic short crust pastry, you can make anything! So this is just me making a basic short crust pastry, with some of my own tips in the commentary. I believe this decision is mistaken and I am asking for a human review. In late August 2026 my account was hit by a burst of malicious coordinated reports and visibility-limit emails after I asked an organisation to stop repeatedly posting on my timeline. I reported that activity at the time. The material that I was mass reported for were old posts, including posts from a year or more ago, not a current campaign of hateful or extremist content. I have already reviewed and deleted older posts. My account is otherwise in good standing. It is an active Premium account. It has not been suspended or locked. I post regularly. I have not had a Community Note added to my own posts. I work hard on original content, especially food, recipes and ingredient research for my followers. I do not believe I have been posting material that harasses or threatens people. I respectfully ask: That you identify the specific posts used for the decision to reject my subscriptions application, so I can remove anything you consider a problem. I also would also like late-August malicious mass-reporting of me logged as coordinated abuse. That episode has affected my mental health and appears to have been used in my Subscriptions rejection. Please record this as targeted mass-reporting, not as evidence that my account is hateful or extremist. That you review whether this rejection was driven by coordinated mass-reporting of my old posts, rather than a genuine current pattern of hateful or extremist content. Not only that, but they will decimate the economies of our countries, & leave our people in poverty, desperate & totally dependant on "their" Global Governance" This is their End Game. For the "equal" global utopia to work, we must all be living in mud huts, grateful for the scraps of fake meat & insects that the benevolent Global Governance will gift us with. This is also why nothing is done about the thousand of toxic spewing, coal fired power stations being built in China & India. Globalists could not care less about the environment! Which is attested to the fact they are now destroying our beautiful English countryside, to build their mega Data Centre's & country spreading, solar farms. We simply can not let these things happen.

Yesterday when I was thinking about fine food from the 70's, I remembered those toilet roll crochet covers (dolls) that our grand mothers always had. I made one in the shape of a lighthouse (I have a thing for lighthouses!) & another bottle holder that is a dog. Below is one of a set of 4 cushion covers I made some months ago. In my misspent youth I was a Madchester "Raver" heavily into the rave scene circa 1990. The colours of the cushion were inspired by the illegal warehouse rave scene, all those years ago. & NO I did not do drugs. Honestly. So calling all hookers!?

A little bit of sad news this morning. From today I will be watermarking ALL my memes. Because recently some of my memes have had a habit of wandering off & being used by other accounts. (I will never mention names but one is a huge account with over a quarter of a million followers, who plastered one of my memes all over Facebook. I am not even on Facebook! Until now I have not watermarked, because I like to think my memes are for EVERYBODY to use. But under X's new Creative Content Rewards programme it is actually NOT allowed. I am NOT on the monitization programme, so I am really dismayed that my hard work is being used for others, but at the same time slightly flattered that people are doing this with memes I have created. Thank you guys, I am very touched that you like my work, but please stop. So from today, I am doing what others do. & watermarking. I post other peoples fine work, but always make sure their watermark is clearly visible. & from today I will be taking a leaf out of their books, & will be doing the same. I feel as though, my good faith in NOT watermarking until now, has been a little bit, taken advantage of.
