We completely agree. Nursing needs more people who are valued through fair pay, safe staffing and great terms and conditions. Until retention is addressed, the nursing profession will continue to lose vital numbers and patient care will suffer. #SafeStaffingSavesLives

Recruiting more nurses without retaining and rewarding them is not the answer. It’s akin to turning on a water tap but leaving the drain plug out.
