Ever since I joined the LDS Church, I've gotten a lot more member followers, so I thought I'd reintroduce myself! I'm Victoria, and I am a singer and an entrepreneur. I'm an opera singer, having sung at many places, such as the Vatican, the House of Commons, and Guildhall. I had a number one hit single on the iTunes Classical charts in both Europe and the U.S., and I sing all over the world! Now that I've been baptized, I have felt a strong desire to sing more church music and to bring people to the church through song, so expect more singing from me! 2. I started my own PR business about 6 years ago, and since then I've gone on to give a TEDx talk, write a Wall St. Journal best selling book, and write for Forbes, Fast Company, Rolling Stone, CoinTelegraph, among others. I'm opening up a second office in London this fall! 3. I am a new member of the LDS Church! I was just baptized this month because I could no longer deny that I felt the Holy Spirit in the church and amongst its members. I'm so grateful to be a part of the restored gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me into the church. Happy to be a new "Mormon!"

The sister missionaries just came over to wish me luck before I fly to London tonight. We got to talk about General Conference, our favorite talks, and what they meant to us. It was so beautiful! I really loved the first talk of General Conference. He was talking about being a convert and I really related to that because it was quite lonely to watch the talks all by myself this weekend. That first talk gave me comfort: maybe I'm the first person in my family, but God’s not done with me yet. I am just at the start of my walk of faith. There are so many people I can bring to Christ with the gift of song he has blessed me with. I fly to London tonight and who knows what the Lord will bring. I'm grateful that I got to listen to General Conference to strengthen me on my journey and help me start a new life centered on our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. 🙏🏼

Did you catch that he kept calling it “the Church of Jesus Christ” and not “the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?” What do you make of that?

When the first song, “Let Zion in Her Beauty Rise,” began, I thought to myself, “Hmm, this tune sounds very familiar.” I then realized it's the same melody as the Catholic hymn, “O Queen of the Holy Rosary!” I started singing along because I know all the words! I think it's really cool that composers recycle great melodies so everyone can enjoy them 🥰 #generalconference

Just finished reading Judges... 😬 Definitely not one of my favorite books in the Old Testament. Yikes. I don't want to say anything negative, but I don't think I'm ever going to read that again. It honestly left me with a terrible feeling: so much death, destruction, raping, deceit, and betrayal. Some books are definitely harder for me to understand and relate to than others. Moving on to Ruth! Now that's a story I like 🙌🏼

Not going to lie, I was extremely stressed out today. The movers are coming tomorrow, so today was all about packing up last-minute things, running errands, and trying to get everything done. I was really low and overwhelmed when I received text messages from two really good friends of mine, just exactly when I needed it. They were giving me Bible verses and telling me that the Lord is with me, He's strengthening me, I'm His beloved daughter, and He'll never leave me. I can't tell you what that meant to me! Sometimes when you're feeling low, God knows to send just what you need. It honestly picked up my spirit so much! I have living angels as friends, and I feel so blessed. They always say, "If you want to know who a person is, look at their five closest friends, and that'll tell you everything you need to know." I'm grateful my friends know to pull me closer to God whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed. 4 suitcases. That’s all I get. To pack up my whole life to move to another continent, with barely anything. I’m nervous. Excited. Scared. Hopeful. Everything all at once. The movers come in two days. Two days to finish packing up my whole life. Dear Lord, please watch over me. Let it be a wonderful experience. Teach me what you need me to know. Help me make the best use of this amazing opportunity. Abide with me always, no matter where I roam 🙏🏼

“That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.” - Isaiah 45:23 Sometimes, when I see so much evil in the world or on my feed, I just think, “Will there ever be a day when everyone will know that Jesus Christ is our Savior?” Then I read this, and I feel comforted. Every knee will bow. It's just a matter of time. 🙏🏼

Recap of the Provo food scene: We went to dinner at La Jolla Groves at the River Walk, which was so fun, and the lemon chicken there was amazing! I even got to try fry sauce🤩 It reminded me of Thousand Island dressing. I loved it! We also had some gelato, and I can't remember the name of the place, but it was super delicious, especially the cinnamon biscotti flavor. Thank you again to @dgates33 and Heather and family for hosting me and taking me out and about Provo!

You can’t see it, but @deseretnoise was wearing his BYU shirt, and I was super nervous when I put on my USC Trojans hoodie to wear in between takes on the set of my music video. Luckily, we didn't go to blows 😅 Just kidding! 😆 but next time I'm in Utah, I definitely want to go to a BYU game. I need to see what all the fuss is about and how it compares to USC games ✌🏼

Oh! And I did wear white to church today 😎 I’ve never had a baby, but I like babies, and if wearing white helps them out, I’m happy to oblige 🤍

I was driven on the Alpine Loop today! 🤩🍂🍁 It’s just as beautiful as every one says it is. I would post a photo, but a picture cannot do it justice. I witnessed so many shades of orange, fiery reds, and bright yellows… it could make you cry and feel at peace at the same time. Utah, thank you for putting on your Fall dress for me 🍁

I got to go to the Provo Temple last night with The Gates Family! 🤩 Elder Gates was the missionary who gave me lessons and spoke at my baptism and the Gates’s were so gracious to host me while I’ve been in town for my music video shoot. Thank you for showing me around Provo, @dgates33 and Heather and fam! 🤍
