Mark my words - Tomb Raider : Catalyst will be delayed to 2029. LAU Remastered is coming Feb 12/2028.
T❍MMY (@DoctorTomee) profile pictureT❍MMY@DoctorTomeeOct 28
While I'm still absolutely confident LAU is coming next year, I must admit it does hurt a bit to see it left behind like that at the moment. The trilogy that first got me into the series 20 years ago is literally the forgotten middle child. 🥲

👌🏻 She is so gentle in the cutscenes so she cries here and there like "let me tell you a story about my niece who had a neighbor who was graped by my dad Richard Croft, and Roth held my eyes shut down for me not to see the process, omg I miss you Roth he was kind to me" typeshit

Seeing Lara Croft return to her roots w/ LOA, Catalyst, hell even the Netflix anime has made me realise just how disconnected Shadow Lara feels from her established character identity. Replaying Shadow, I can't help but feel like this just isn't who Lara Croft is supposed to be.

It's just a TRA remake with Hollywood flash. Doesn't hold the heart of TR1 at all, I remain underwhelmed. Idc about a flashy interactive story, what made TR1 so great was the feel of isolation, exploration, and dynamic gameplay that leaves the player alone to figure it out. I don't feel any of that with these trailers. They took an introverted experience and flashed it up for ADD extroverts lol
