Thanks for citing us 😀 Agree hydration for E. coli prevention has little supporting evidence but absence of evidence not evidence of absence. Risks of overhydration can be mitigated by specifying quantity ie 8-10 cups/1500mls/per day. Glad being discussed @MicrobeNik @jhieditor
