I can’t say if the current twitter algorithm is the same but in the past, if your following to followers ratio is like above 0.6, the algorithm would kill your reach, considering it a low quality account. This is why artists make sub accounts I think, just so that they could still follow their favorite illustrators without destroying their main account’s algorithm

Talking about gradient, sometimes I have to remind myself that colours when mixed should result in a clear gradient instead of a muddy mess when being done digitally lol. Its more obvious especially when you're trying to blend blue to yellow digitally bruh

Taking line art less seriously was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It’s saved me a lot of time when drawing. I mean, what’s the point of making the line art super clean when I’m just going to overpaint most of it at the end anyway?
