🚨 SHOW TWO THIS WEEK! #ASKaTrafficCOP is LIVE today, Thursday, October 29th at 10 a.m. Eastern! We’re getting back into the swing of things, working toward multiple shows every week so you have more opportunities to ask your traffic and police questions, learn about the rules of the road, and discuss all the stuff and things that come up along the way! 📻 At 10:35 a.m., Jerry Agar joins us from NEWSTALK 1010! We’ll bring Jerry and his radio audience into the livestream (or maybe we’re joining them), taking questions from callers, listeners, and our online community. It’s always a great conversation, and you never quite know where it’s going to go. 🛞 TODAY’S DISCUSSION: ARE NEW TIRES BECOMING TOO EXPENSIVE? According to a survey featured in Driving.ca, some younger Canadian drivers are putting off buying new tires because of the cost, particularly those aged 18 to 34. That’s a conversation worth having! We all know tires are expensive, but they’re also one of the most important safety components on your vehicle. So what happens when drivers can’t afford to replace them? How long is too long to wait? And what does the law actually require? We’ll get into that, along with traffic safety, traffic law, police questions, and whatever else rolls into the conversation. I’m Sean Shapiro, a former police officer focused on traffic safety education and helping people understand not just what the law says, but why it matters. 🎥 Watch live at 10 a.m. on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Twitch, Kick, and Rumble. 💬 Have a question? Visit ASKaTrafficCOP.ca and submit it ahead of time using text, audio, or video, or jump into the live chat and ask away! 👉 10 a.m. Eastern. Jerry Agar at 10:35. Bring your questions! #ASKaTrafficCOP #TrafficSafety #TrafficLaw #RoadSafety #Police #JerryAgar #NEWSTALK1010 #TireSafety #DrivingSafety @NEWSTALK1010 @diamond_lawyers @legionsafes

⌚🇨🇦 I BOUGHT TWO WATCHES IN 10 MINUTES! I wasn’t planning to buy a Whitby Watch Co. CF-100 Canuck at the Toronto Timepiece Show, especially since I’d just purchased an Elliot Brown Holton GMT Automatic! But sometimes a watch catches your eye, and you just can’t walk away. Now this 43mm Canadian titanium pilot watch is getting more wrist time than watches costing considerably more! A quick technical correction: In the video, I mistakenly referred to a titanium caseback. The Canuck actually features a 43mm titanium case with a sapphire crystal on the front and a sapphire exhibition caseback, allowing you to see the Swiss Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement inside. Full disclosure: This is NOT a paid sponsorship or advertisement. I purchased this watch myself. Whitby generously provided additional strap options to accommodate my wrist, but this is simply a post from a watch enthusiast who genuinely loves his purchase! I’ve published my full independent ownership review at wristleague.com, including what I love about the Canuck and a few things I think could be improved. Now I’m curious: Have you ever bought a watch you weren’t planning to buy, only to discover it became one of your favourites? #WristLeague #WhitbyWatchCo #Canuck #WatchEnthusiast #CanadianWatches #WatchReview

Something different from my usual traffic and policing content! ⌚🇨🇦 My first watch review is live! It’s the Whitby Watch Co. Canuck, a Canadian titanium pilot watch that’s getting more wrist time than my Rolex. Watch enthusiasts, I’d love your thoughts! 🔗 wristleague.com/articles/whi… @WatchDNA

Are tickets enough when someone keeps putting lives at risk? I make the case for much tougher consequences for dangerous driving, including a proposal that will divide the comments: losing the car permanently. This is my opinion about how the law should change. Where would you draw the line? This clip is from the October 20, 2026 #ASKaTrafficCOP livestream. I’m Sean Shapiro, a former police officer talking about traffic safety, traffic law, and police stuff. Follow the channel and join the conversation. #AATC #Police #DangerousDriving #stunt Thank you to our sponsors: @diamond_lawyers @legionsafes @iFinallyWill

🦶 Is it illegal to drive barefoot in Ontario? No, but that doesn’t mean you should! During the October 6, 2026, #ASKaTrafficCOP livestream, I was asked whether driving barefoot was against the law. I explained why driving without shoes creates risks that many people never consider. What happens when you need to brake suddenly? What happens if you’re involved in a collision and need to escape your vehicle? Sometimes what’s legal isn’t what’s safest. #AATC #Police #DrivingBarefoot #DrivingMyths #OntarioTrafficLaws #RoadSafety #TrafficSafety @diamond_lawyers

There are terribly missed, never forgotten😢 They paid the ultimate price in service for their community and policing has never been the same. They touched everyone who met them from Bradford to Barrie. This was a huge loss, still is. RIP brothers. #HeroesInLife ⚫️💙⚫️
