#NC24 Cave Set Unveiled: A Grand Mythic World for Naga Chaitanya’s Next Producer BVSN Prasad today offered select media a rare and exciting behind-the-scenes experience - a private viewing of the extravagant cave set built for his upcoming film, tentatively titled #NC24. The film, billed as a mythological thriller, is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious projects in recent times, with a unique blend of mysticism, action, and scale. While Indian cinema is no stranger to sets, what makes this one stand out is its completeness and immersive detailing. Designed by acclaimed production designer Sri Nagendra Tangala, the cave set spans a large area and features elaborate wall carvings, internal bridges, and textured surfaces, giving it the realism of a historic excavation site. The craftsmanship is so intricate and lifelike that the experience was akin to walking through a curated attraction at Universal Studios - a true cinematic marvel in the making. Naga Chaitanya leads the film in a refreshing new avatar, playing a treasure hunter with a modern, urbane edge. He sports a stylized summer cut and a well-groomed light beard, exuding effortless charisma. Opposite him, Meenakshi Chaudhary steps into the role of an archeologist, donning sight glasses that add to her scholarly persona. A total of 20 minutes of the film’s runtime unfolds within this cave set - scenes that are not just visually stunning but vital to the narrative’s progression. The sequences include high-stakes drama and action, with stunts choreographed by Vijay master, promising an adrenaline-pumping experience. Director Karthik Varma was quick to clarify - “This isn’t a treasure hunt film. It’s a mystic thriller mounted on a huge scale.” Adding to the creative firepower is Sukumar, who is reportedly involved in the script work, bringing his signature depth and intensity to the storytelling. The film’s scale, vision, and technical finesse are already generating buzz - and with the promise of a compelling mix of myth, mystery, and modernity, #NC24 is a project worth keeping a close eye on!
