At Med #GrandRounds today @nyugrossman, Hannah Wunsch, MD, MSc (@wunschcritcare) gave an outstanding talk on the historical evolution of mechanical ventilation and critical care, drawing parallels between the 1952 polio epidemic and the COVID-19 pandemic.
