Introducing WHOOP Pace Setters for the Class of 2027
This is a new careers program designed to find exceptional young people at the very beginning of their careers and give them the opportunity to make an extraordinary impact.
At a time when many companies are cutting jobs and pulling back on early-career hiring, WHOOP is going in the opposite direction and now looking to actively hire graduating seniors.
Conventional wisdom is that AI is going to eliminate entry level jobs and young people are now less valuable. I believe the opposite is more true: AI is a great equalizer and young graduates stand to benefit the most.
I started WHOOP when I was a 22 year old senior in college. It wasn’t just the first company I started, it was my first full-time job. I know firsthand that young people have remarkable potential if they're willing to work hard and learn. Our new Pace Setters program is all about finding the next generation of exceptional talent.
In July 2027, we’ll welcome our first class of Pace Setters into full-time roles across teams at WHOOP. We’re looking for exceptional graduating students who are ambitious, intellectually curious, competitive, AI ready, and willing to work incredibly hard.
Come join us.

Healthcare too often starts after something goes wrong. I think we can do better.
Today, we’re opening @WHOOP Advanced Labs to everyone in the US - no WHOOP membership required.
Advanced Labs gives people access to comprehensive blood testing powered by @QuestDX, with personalized guidance to help make sense of the results. Already, 8 in 10 users report discovering a meaningful health finding.
We’re also adding Galleri, @GrailBio's multi-cancer early detection test, designed to detect cancer signals associated with more than 50 types of cancer from a single blood draw.
The future of health is understanding what’s happening inside your body before it becomes a problem.
That’s the future we’re building at WHOOP.

UPDATE: Natural Cycles is now included with WHOOP.
We’re making one of our biggest investments in women’s health in WHOOP history.
Starting today, new and current female WHOOP members who are new to Natural Cycles will receive their first year of the Natural Cycles app included with their WHOOP membership covered by us.
Natural Cycles is the world's only FDA-cleared, hormone-free birth control app. Using biomarker data - including overnight temperature from WHOOP - it identifies fertile and non-fertile days to provide personalized fertility insights. Beyond birth control, it also supports women through pregnancy planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.
Over the last few months, we've worked closely with the Natural Cycles team to create an experience that feels truly unique. We didn't want to simply offer another integration. We wanted to make it a seamless part of the WHOOP experience.
And with the first year included, there's no additional subscription required.

Talking Whoop in the World Cup, our positioning in sports, launching blood pressure insights, overcoming the FDA, and the potential for health monitoring @SquawkCNBC

Big news: the FDA has formally closed its warning letter on WHOOP Blood Pressure Insights. We stood by the science and the belief that safe, transparent wellness insights can help people better understand their health.
As background we launched Blood Pressure Insights last year as a first-of-its-kind feature to give members daily BP estimates and explain how BP affects their wellness. The FDA sent us a warning letter claiming that Blood Pressure can only be used for medical diagnosis. This of course contradicts what medical research says about Blood Pressure in the context of sleep, stress, exercise etc. WHOOP fought for our position and the FDA has ultimately updated their guidelines to now include Blood Pressure as a wellness metric.
This is a win for WHOOP and consumers. Proud of our team. Thank you to the FDA. Onwards.

BREAKING: WHOOP RAISES $575M AT $10.1B VALUATION
I am pleased to announce that we’ve raised $575M at a $10.1B valuation to accelerate our mission of unlocking human performance and healthspan globally.
This round was led by Collaborative Fund with participation from 2PointZero Group, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, Macquarie Capital, Glade Brook, B-Flexion, IVP, Foundry, Accomplice, Affinity Partners, Promus Ventures, and Bullhound Capital alongside a group of individual investors including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Virgil van Dijk, and Mathieu van der Poel.
This investor group and this moment reflect a powerful evolution underway for Whoop and the broader healthcare market.
Whoop was born in performance - trusted by the best athletes in the world to train, recover, and compete at the highest level. That foundation remains core to who we are. You see that in the iconic athlete investors joining this round.
But it also represents our push into broader health.
In the past 12 months, WHOOP has received medical clearances, launched blood testing, and created a platform that has saved lives. Abbott and Mayo Clinic - two of the most respected and influential institutions in global healthcare - are now investors in Whoop. These are organizations that have shaped modern medicine. Their decision to partner with us is a clear validation of where our technology is headed.
Healthcare systems around the world are reactive. For too long, they have waited for people to get sick, then intervene. Chronic disease is rising and costs continue to climb.
At Whoop, we believe the future looks fundamentally different. We are building the most powerful, personal, preventive health platform in the world - powered by continuous biometric data, advanced analytics, and AI to help people understand their bodies and improve their health in real time.
I am grateful to our team, our members, and our partners for believing in this vision. I’ve been building this company for 14 years and I’ve never been more excited for the future.

“Doctors drained 871 milliliters of fluid off Mia Beam's heart in surgery and said she would have died within 24 to 48 hours. 'Her left lung was collapsed… 'Her left ventricle was collapsed, and it was seeping into the right part of her heart.'
Mia credits her WHOOP bracelet with saving her life."
