I'd be so much happy just there was someone out there as lucky/kind/generous as to send me a Clubhouse App invite :)
I’ve just begun using @AwesomeLabsLLC. Meal tracking has never been so simple! 🥗🥦🥑🌮
It's the fastest and easiest way to keep a meal diary I’ve found until now! And it even may improve your artistic side ;-)
Not doing so bad this autumn. My only "exercise" is walking to everywhere, as ever. That usually means walking an average of more than 10 miles a day. BTW, my tested VO2Max is around 50 ml/kg/min. I guess you don't have to be an athlete to keep a CV system as healthy as possible.
I was wondering what hour of day is were when I usually have my higher average glucose levels; thanks to @zenobase that can be now answered in a very human-friendly and informative way. A picture is worth more than a thousand words! You can appreciate the cortisol peak at ~5 AM.
After latest @zenobase update, you can now import your freestyle libre CGM data and try to look at all that uploaded data from different perspectives.
Finally I could get an @AliveCor Kardia 6L ECG mobile gadget. Wow! Quite an amazing experience to see how such a tiny piece of electronics can work so miraculously well!

Just added support for retrieving daily summary data, sleep stats, and readiness scores from @ouraring.
My last 14-day FreeStyle Libre CGM sensor expired yesterday. A brief resume in one picture about how it went on my usual TRF practice -22:2 on work days and 16:8 on weekends. Over this period I was on a full vegan diet, non processed foods, averaging 400 gr of carbs a day.
TRF 22:2 on work days and 16:8 on weekends. Whole Plants Unprocessed Vegan Diet. About 400 grams of carbs a day. Stable body weight by +/- 100 grams for the whole 14 day period. CGM shows that's not about low carb or high carb. All aspects of lifestyle count and sum up.
This year again, my usual circa-annual cycle of putting on fat in winter and then lose it all at the beginning of summer happened another time. This has been going on without doing any conscious manipulation in diet or activity pattern by my part for (at least 15) years.

This one isn’t going away soon - coffee looks good for gut microbes 🦠 – at Torroella de Montgrí, Spain
New meta analysis of 40 studies and nearly 4,000,000 subjects reaffirms the association of coffee consumption and decreased mortality
"The inverse association between coffee and all-cause mortality was consistent by potential modifiers except region"

Ha, ha... It seems that falling fulminated in coma in one minute after I get to bed is not such a “good sign” of great sleep health as I have always thought! ;-)
I’ve tried a few times the newest @ouraring feature, “Moment”, for meditation. Simple, effective, and above all, helpful and totally addictive!! I simply love it. The added value of seeing how real objective metrics behave, as HR and HRV, during meditation has no price!
Resetting of my parasympathetic system after a two day fast.
@zerofasting
After a two day fasting I saw a 20% increase for my HRV and a 20% decrease in my RHR values. Quite impressed, as my working schedule was totally chaotic and I’ve been sleeping 6 hours a night at most this week. I’m feeling energized, though.
Just another active week without planning for it at all. I can't help but being always surprised by the amount of floors I climb in a week! And no, they're not "false tracking". I work in a six-floor building and have to go up and down stairs a lot of times during the day.
Having been on some kind of fasting (TRF, fasting 16 to 23 hours a day) everyday for the last 25 years, I now understand my actual low IGF-1 lab values. cc: @mike_lustgarten @zerofasting
