@Sofology is Jeremy Beadle your CEO because service this pissing bad has to be a joke. 103 days since order, had two 3hr waits on hold only to be lied to about why my sofas weren’t ready. Something to do with shipping lanes! Must be using a pedalo.

If I could offer anyone any advice, it would be to never, ever purchase anything from @Sofology Absolutely appalling customer support. They are almost inaccessible and they are full of nonsense and false promises. Never seen such an incompetent service in my life 😡

#sofology - my recommendation is don’t use them. Not only do they not keep to dates - even after building your sofa - they make it impossible to contact them. Terrible customer service.
