My question is why make Sportsmates for these wierd unique customization options when they could've just added similar ones for Miis like Tomadachi Life and Miitopia did

It always bugs me how people immediately jump to DLC islands that are the exact same size as the base game's with the same number of tracks.
Why am I the only person who thought to just do smaller islands with like 4 tracks each, it seems like the more reasonable option
All the meme posts about Mario Kart DLC that are just random freestyle jazz covers piss me off because that's not how the actual race track themes sound, that's the free roam/intermission style of music.
And instead we'll get more Harry Potter
Again, I’m all for new stuff and I’m looking forward to the parks future. I just hope whatever replaces the LC is more ambitious than what LC was back then. Whatever is going here should be grand, fit the parks core and really be something that continues to push the boundaries.
They have SOOO MUCH space to work with so it’s going to be interesting to see how this all develops over the coming years.
