How can I compete with this?!
Rats leaving a sinking ship or Gregg getting rid of anybody who is a threat to him?

We talking about the same guy who got pocketed by MLS developed Alex Freeman?
I still can’t get over the fact that one of Real Madrid’s best players was playing in the 4th division of soccer in the 🇺🇸 3 years ago… and somehow no MLS or USL team signed him. Diamonde is a baller, what a player.

Look, I pray any American goes anywhere for $30m, but in no world does a young defender go for that.

Hey Yank, stop producing soccer content. Sincerely, every single person who slightly enjoys the game in the states

Are you just pretending we didn't all watch the Gold Cup? Freeman has some upside but the rush from MLS bootlickers to act like he's the next big thing is hilarious. He's a young player, very athletic, ok technical floor, can possibly develop but he's nowhere near Dest.

Hot take: Alex Freeman is going to be the USMNT’s starting RB in the 2026 World Cup. His ability to read the game, come in with an intervention, and burst up the line is up there with the best. In terms of applying pressure, he’s so effective at cutting off the angle.

Is no one else perplexed as to why MLS would choose to use this highlight? And I don’t mean for the Matt Freese brain fart. I’m talking about the Matt Freesing of live sports production
Quick turnover and Maren Haile-Selassie capitalizes! 👏 Down to ten players, @ChicagoFire take the lead late on! 🔥

Levels to this
Freeman already beat twice by Diomande so far... the highest levels of Europe humble you fast. Although Freeman hasnt necessarily been bad so far either.

If players developed in MLS academies start being sold to Premier League mainstays and finding success then I’ll be forced to delete my account. Which is exactly why players developed in MLS academies should not go straight to the Premier League. By: 11 Yanks

Arguing with children is my love language. By: USMNT_Stan
Stop acting like any of us care about what happened before 1994. Your grandpa can come on here and talk smack to me but please miss me with all the results that happened before most of us were born or old enough to care.

Cry more, Jesse Marsch. I can’t believe this guy is still holding a grudge after not landing the USMNT job. Give it up. Anyway, here’s my take on why bald fraud, Gregg Berhalter, should have never been given a second cycle. By: 11 Yanks
Canada national team coach Jesse Marsch has said that FIFA’s decision to suspend a ban for United States forward Folarin Balogun is one that would “never happen in any other country” in the world and an example of Americans believing the country deserves to be “treated differently”. Marsch, speaking ahead of Canada’s exhibition game against the U.S. on Tuesday night in Minnesota, told The Guardian: “As Americans, we have been inundated with propaganda since we were young. “We’re the No 1 country in the world, we deserve everything, No 1 in every aspect of life — this is what we’ve been told. So, when things happen and we don’t feel like we’re in control of it … we feel like we deserve to be treated differently because we’re Americans. That is one of the things that infuriates the rest of the world about Americans.” He said he felt it would not have happened in any other country, claiming “this is why everyone around the world hates America.” Marsch added: “The U.S. had had a good World Cup, was doing well. All that switched in one moment.” More from @AdamCrafton_ nyti.ms/47zpkoD

What Poch is trying to say is that MLS coaches run such rudimentary tactics that it makes it easier for teenagers to adapt to the simplicity of international soccer.
Speaking to us here in Orlando, USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino has some rare praise for MLS — specifically the MLS coaches who have worked with all of the newcomers in today's match.
