Here’s a photo of me and @NickEllingson23 - Director of Products/Programs for the @WTIA. He’s been my blockchain BFF and sidekick building up the blockchain related efforts here in WA state since 2018. Can’t praise him enough - one of the best partners that I get to work together with.
Almost 5 years later, now in WA thanks to all the great work of WTIA and our community, we’ve had town halls, built up great relationships w government offices and agencies like the Washington State Department of Commerce, WA State Department of Revenue, Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, launched the @cascadiacounci1 Cascadia Blockchain Council, advocated and passed bills including the WA State Blockchain Work Group, launched the Advanced Technology Cluster for Blockchain/Quantum Computing, launched the @blockcoalition U.S. Blockchain Coalition, hosted round tables, unconferences, tours, and so much more.
