WTF, why wasn't I shown this at school!?!?!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This is not a true or general math method for square roots. Adding digits then subtracting 2 only coincidentally works for select perfect squares (e.g. 64, 289) but fails for most others like 16 (gives 5, not 4) or 144 (gives 7, not 12).

I hadn’t realised this included the main @Wolves ⚽️ reporter job at the @ExpressandStar in Wolverhampton.
It’s a big sports journalism job in a one-club city. Great opportunity for someone who’s highly motivated, wants to make a difference. #journalism #wwfc @theofficialfwa ✍🏻
Sports reporter jobs here, including roles covering @Wolves, @LUFC and @BlackpoolFC

No storm stops the Samosa Saturday Crew! 💪🏽
We raised an unbelievable £7010.28 🥳🎉
I CANNOT FIND THE WORDS TO THANK YOU ALL!
The volunteers, the family, and the fans of both clubs
I love you all ♥️
We will divide between @DementiaUK and the #MolineuxSleepout which will help @wwfcfoundation and @GSM_Wolves
Yes, Kenny was a real gentlemen. He believed his job was much much more than being a football manager. He carried a real sense of responsibility, he said, to bring the players up properly, to give them a sense of responsibility and awareness and to look after their wellbeing....
A manager who came in at the perfect time.
A fragmented club from top to bottom following back to back relegations.
Kenny had a huge job on his hands but had experience managing challenging clubs.
Kenny didn’t shy away from that challenge and he embraced it and did an incredible job! He had to make some tough decisions and calls and ruffle some feathers - but these decisions were proved to be right.
A very knowledgable football man who I had the pleasure of interviewing. Kenny is a huge loss to football and Wolves have a richer tapestry for him being a part of our history ❤️

We join today's opponents in paying tribute to legend Kenny Jackett. As well as a wonderful playing and coaching career at Watford, Kenny enjoyed three successful seasons as Wolves manager. Both teams will be wearing black armbands to honour his memory 💛🧡

Have a good one, Dales! 🎉

Shocking to think we were in the PL for almost ten years and yet the very season after relegation we are going into a game without a recognised striker. That sums up the state of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Forty years today since Graham Turner arrived at Molineux. We assess his legacy and place amongst the managerial achievements at Wolves #wwfc

Sky Sports knew exactly what they were doing with this wording.
Putting "suspended for two years" right after the amount makes everybody think he’s banned from playing.
Fact: Only the fine is suspended. It's legal probation. No football ban. Don't fall for the headline bait

Was lucky to be sat in that end when this flew in to crown one of the best individual performances I have ever seen.
