We’re decoupling cargo-build-sbf from the Solana CLI so updates ship on their own schedule, not Agave’s. cargo-build-sbf v4.5.0 is out today. It now warns when a stale copy on your PATH is shadowing the one cargo installed. ➡️ cargo install cargo-build-sbf

FYI cargo-build-sbf isn't going to ship with the solana CLI anymore. Devs should get used to managing it with `cargo install`.
