Everything is totally normal guys there’s nothing to be alarmed about.
England said that somebody said I raped them 15 years ago.
I should definitely be locked up, what’s 100+ days in Miami's toughest jail conditions?
Perfectly fine. This is what our brave veterans served for.
Trial? No no I don’t need a trial. No evidence is even necessary. This is great.

A POLITICAL KIDNAPPING BUILT ON SECRET ACCUSERS
Since July 18, two American citizens, Andrew and Tristan Tate, have sat in a federal cell because the United Kingdom wants them. On October 5, the United States Government filed Britain's extradition requests in federal court in Miami. Every allegation in those papers comes from a British detective's summary, and not one word of it has ever been tested in a courtroom.
The United Kingdom redacted every accuser's name before it sent those papers to the United States, which is to say that the United States Government does not know who any of these women are. Two American citizens are being held on the word of secret accusers.
Not one of these women went to the police while any relationship at issue was going on. The first police report came in August 2022, years after the last event alleged, and three of the women did not come forward on their own: British police contacted them in 2025. Britain's papers cite no rape kit, no medical record, and no forensic evidence of any assault. One of the women told police she realized she had been "trafficked" only after Andrew became famous.
Britain accuses Andrew of misleading women about what they would do in Romania. Andrew denies it unequivocally, and Britain's own papers concede that the women were not physically forced to travel. One of them was told in writing, in an email Britain itself quotes, to try the job for three days and fly home if she did not like it.
The newest headlines concern images found on electronic devices. British police seized those devices in July 2015 and questioned Andrew in August 2016. He told them visitors used the devices in that house. He told them he had never downloaded, received, or viewed images of people with animals, and that images circulating in large group chats could have been saved to the devices automatically. Britain then waited almost ten years to charge any of it, authorizing these charges on July 10, 2026, eight days before Andrew was arrested in Miami. That is a dubious unfolding of events, to say the least.
As for Britain's four adult-image charges, the extradition treaty between the United States and the United Kingdom requires that the conduct be a crime in both countries, and possessing adult images in one's own home is not a crime in the United States.
The United Kingdom has carried out a political kidnapping of two American citizens and is now defaming them before the world with the most lurid accusations it could assemble. The low-IQ morons of the world may believe it, and Britain is counting on them. Those of us who see this despicable attack for what it is, however, recognize it as a good old-fashioned reputation assassination.
None of the people now lining up to condemn Andrew and Tristan would dare say a word of it if the two of them were online to answer. For years, Andrew and Tristan met every critic who came at them in public, in their own words, and took those critics apart. Their new accusers in the press and on social media waited until both men were locked in a federal cell, unable to answer in their own voices, before they found their courage.
Many of you now piling on know exactly how a coordinated media campaign works, because you have lived through one. You know how a narrative is assembled before the facts arrive, how an accusation becomes a headline before it becomes evidence, and how quickly yesterday's allies go silent when the machine turns. You are now lending your names to that same machine, and it has never shown loyalty to the people who feed it. When it comes for you, and it will, you will look for allies among the people you abandoned today, and you will find none.
In sum, the United Kingdom asks the United States to surrender two American citizens on the word of accusers it will not name, on stories told to police years after the fact, and on charges it waited a decade to bring, which is to say on nothing that has ever been tested.
Accordingly, any publication that repeats these accusations as fact does so at its own peril.
God bless Andrew and Tristan Tate.
I feel @danawhite on this. I’ve lived it. Believe him 1000%, it sucks.

Until then, let’s treat “innocent until proven guilty” like we actually mean it.

Shouldn’t we be treating humans like humans?
Or do they need to drive the Tates crazy first?
My situation is deteriorating.
Despite spending 61 days in the SHU, the punitive unit for inmates who attack other prisoners and guards, I have once again had my conditions downgraded.
Since the time I have come into this jail I have been forced to endure punitive housing.
During my time here, I have watched men come and go, men who have stabbed other inmates.
These men are only forced to stay in these cells for 7 days until rereleased to general population.
I have been here for 61 days and counting.
Today, I was informed that I was finally changing cells.
However, I was moved to another cell inside the same SHU unit in far worse condition than my past one.
I no longer have hot water of any kind.
I no longer have air conditioning of any kind.
I have a serious roach infestation, with 10/15 visible roaches on the ceiling and walls at any one time no matter how many I kill.
I have stone-cold water and filth. That’s it. NOTHING else.
My last cell was already the minimum which could be attributed to me inside of this prison, they’ve found a WORSE cell and forced me to move.
There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening.
I understand FDC Miami has received thousands of complaints due to the conditions they house inmates in.
I understand that after large-scale protests, ICE detainees are no longer held in the SHU unit because of the damage done to their physical and mental health. So illegals are too good for these rooms, but I’m in one.
I, an American citizen, here legally, with zero criminal record globally and no accusations of crime in the United States, am held in the SHU unit.
This is a cruel and unusual punishment. This violates civil rights.
This is being done to me on purpose.
I have done nothing but show respect to every single guard. I have been kind to everyone. I have sat in the SHU for 61 days, longer than anyone currently in custody, sitting in the dark and filth focused on my breathing. I have endured.
Yet they do not respect me for this, in fact the senior staff sees me as a fool for being patient and respectful. As prisoners who flood cells and attack guards get moved to better conditions and I am ignored.
I have repeatedly requested the attention of senior staff regarding my conditions who are now refusing to talk to me. Last time their attention was requested he apparently replied “fuck that guy”
Why? I've only been nice to him. I called him sir. I smile and nod my head. I've done nothing to this man which could be considered negative by the furthest stretch of any imagination.
The last time he spoke to me, was two weeks ago, when during Rec he stormed into the yard with other guards, handcuffed me and Tristan behind our backs and screamed in our faces.
He screamed with rage, as if somebody kicked his dog, foaming at the mouth… because we had extra books in our cell. He lost his mind over books. I've never seen a man so angry, over a book.
I felt sorry for him.
Tristan and I said nothing and apologized despite the fact it was pathetic.
I haven’t seen him since, and he’s downgrading my conditions and leaving me to rot.
I would like to add there are good staff here, hard-working men and women who know what is happening to me is unfair and understand this place isn’t fit for humans. They repeatedly apologize to me and state that the senior staff have never treated other high-profile prisoners this way. I'm the only one.
Nobody knows the reason why this is happening. But someone is ordering it. This is my life, I am living it and it is brutal.
I have been left with no choice but to take legal action against FDC Miami for the conditions of my confinement. This is a civil rights issue. I do not ask for special treatment.
I asked to be treated the same as any other prisoner and American citizen.
In fact, I ask to be treated as well as an ILLEGAL.
Not only am I in jail, I have been downgraded by 95% from what normal prisoners receive.
I have prepared a package, currently with my legal and PR teams, of every single infraction I have witnessed in this facility. The corruption, the lack of recreation, the filth, the unsanitary conditions.
ANYONE who has previously complained against this facility can contact my legal team. I understand they have tortured thousands of people, and all of them were not even treated as badly as I am being treated.
There is no ambiguity here - what is happening to me is against the law.
There is absolutely no reason for FDC to be treating men this way, whether they are American citizens or otherwise. They are deliberately torturing me.
The Romanians treated me better than this.
To all Main Stream News outlets, if you want to understand why this facility received thousands of complaints, I have the story and the proof - contact my team immediately.

STATEMENT OF JOSEPH D. MCBRIDE, ESQ., COUNSEL FOR ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE: THE PROCESS IS THE PUNISHMENT
MIAMI, Florida — Today, United States Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis denied Andrew and Tristan Tate’s Motion for Release Pending Extradition Proceedings. We respect the Court. We profoundly disagree with Judge Louis’ decision to keep Andrew and Tristan in federal custody.
Andrew and Tristan have now spent fifty-three days in federal custody at the United Kingdom’s request. They have not been convicted of a crime. They have not been ordered extradited. The Court has not heard the merits of extradition because the United Kingdom has not yet filed its formal request and supporting materials.
The Treaty gives Britain sixty days. It is using them.
But time is not neutral when one side is preparing papers, and the other is sitting in a cell. Every additional day belongs to the United Kingdom on paper and is taken from Andrew and Tristan in life.
The cruelty is simple: Britain gets sixty days to build its case while Andrew and Tristan rot in a federal jail.
The process is the punishment.
Andrew and Tristan lose their liberty first and challenge the evidence later. This is the cold machinery of extradition: rules and deadlines move forward with deliberate indifference to the human lives caught inside them.
By the time the merits are heard, more than sixty days of liberty may already be gone without a finding of guilt or a judgment of extradition. No later victory can give that time back.
And these are not ordinary days. Andrew and Tristan have endured the severe restrictions of administrative segregation inside a federal detention center. It is easy to describe detention in the antiseptic language of motions, hearings, and docket entries.
It is something else to live inside that cell, hour after hour, day after day, while no court has yet heard the merits of the foreign government’s case. Before anyone treats another week of confinement as a procedural inconvenience, I invite them to spend one day under those conditions.
Meanwhile, Romania has acted. Andrew and Tristan have now been indicted there while detained in Miami, thousands of miles from their Romanian lawyers and approximately 30 terabytes of information.
Eugen C. Vidineac, their Romanian counsel, told the Court under oath that they are needed to prepare the defense, and Judge Louis recognized the prejudice their detention creates.
The Government told the Court that FDC Miami could provide videoconferencing with Romania. The Court noted that representation was “not substantiated by evidence.”
This morning, my clients tried. The connection failed. You cannot defend a 30-terabyte criminal case across an ocean through a jailhouse connection that does not work.
Andrew and Tristan deny the allegations and are prepared to confront them with evidence in open court.
Release would acquit them of nothing.
It would simply allow them to prepare their defense.
For fifty-three days, Britain has had the benefit of time. Andrew and Tristan have paid for it with their liberty.
On September 16, that time expires.
The process has been the punishment.
Now produce the evidence.
