Hey @TUIUK , checked in to hotel today that’s had no working showers or toilets for four days. We had to be told by other guests, staff haven’t been mentioned at all. Now heard the hotel is being closed but that’s all.
Any idea what we should do? @cheapholidayexp @ABTAtravel
Could you offer any help or advice with this one, no running water for 24 hours and @TUIUK reps aren’t giving any updates.

Now they’ve found us a room in another hotel, only found out because we asked (@TUIUK) didn’t tell us like they were supposed to.
We packed, had to find our own taxi, then the new hotel told us the room had already been taken!

To make it worse, your employee had confirmed my account was closed and settled, and even issued a credit as I’d paid too much.
