I'm glad that people in public goods finally moved from "AI" and "tokenization" being a capital sin.
They're just tools, and execution is what matters.
It's been a long process, but totally worth it; the thing used to require a multi-CPU and ~4GB of RAM server, but now it can run on 20-year-old hardware with 512MB RAM and 1 CPU, even under heavy emulation
We embrace our mission of empowering communities in everything we buildπ οΈ
3 years ago, my friend @tmoindustries wrote the RWA x ReFi Report, and this research, in which @KokonutNetwork participated, included a "Challenges" section with 29 items that prevent ReFi from going mainstream.
I mapped them all to Kokonut Intelligence's current capabilitiesβ»οΈ
Over 3,000,000 lines of code have gone into the Refactor of Kokonut Intelligence to move from relying in 3rd party software to building everything in-house, powered by Python; this way, the system becomes future-proof and machine-learning-ready

Builders, never let people who don't understand your vision make you doubt yourself
The first and last time I applied to an accelerator, I got rejected. It almost made me question our path
Fast-forward to today: ~70% of the projects they selected have shut down
Keep buildingπ οΈ
Seeing Top Crypto Organizations being hacked in the last few hours just makes me more bullish on what we're building at @KokonutNetwork.
You can't hack trees; we're building a haven backed by Mother Nature's algorithm, which is quantum-safe by design
Thanks for your attentionπ€
Nature itself is complex, so you can't remove complexity from the equation when building Assets backed by Nature & Humans.
What we're doing is making that complexity legible to humans and machines and making it verifiable at each layer, so it can be abstracted by design.

This applies to many other things; too many people are trying to solve problem they don't know nothing about, they have no context for, and they ain't suffering from the problem firsthand.
I've seen the same pattern in many places: DeFi, ReFi, TradFi, and Public Goods as a whole
look the foundational problem with ethereum protocol design is that most of the people designing the protocol don't actually use ethereum themselves. you can't fix the right things if you don't use your own fucking product. you don't have enough skin in the game if you don't personally depend on the system you're designing & stand to lose money when it breaks. i understand, everything looks great from an ivory tower lol. things look very different when you're actually on the ground dealing with the consequences. if you don't use ethereum yourself but still think you're qualified to design its protocol, you're playing god with a system you don't have to live with and whose consequences you don't have to suffer.
A USD-pegged stablecoin backed by market-agnostic real-world assets will be the ultimate Trojan horse into the DeFi-to-TradFi flywheel.
The year is 2026, quantum computing, frontier LLMs, wrench attacks, and social engineering; none of them can't still hack trees π±π΄π³π²

Systems are the solution.
In simple terms, the Kokonut Protocol will allow our farms to become chain-agnostic, so we have the freedom to build policies aligned with stakeholders' needs and wants without having to change the underlying system.
This is how we scale while reducing single points of failureπΈοΈ

Our thesis to solve fragmentation and achieve borderless coordination status is simple: @NEARProtocol becomes the Web3 Hub of the Kokonut Ecosystem and acts like a "Control Plane" to coordinate & standardize the implementation of assets, custody, and governance at the destination
I'm betting 5 years into‡οΈ
Kokonut Framework β the methodology
Kokonut Intelligence β the data and intelligence layer
Kokonut Protocol β the NEAR-based multichain control plane
Kokonut Syntropic Agent β the AI orchestration layer connecting these systems to real-world operations
It's crazy how last week I built a PRD for the Kokonut Protocol leveraging @NEARProtocol to tackle Web3 fragmentation head-on and created this graphic of how the @KokonutNetwork Ecosystem Flow would look once the Protocol is deployed using NEAR as our Web3 Control PlaneπΈοΈπΉοΈ

Planting trees is easy! Making it verifiable, sustainable, fundable, and scalable globally against any systemic threat is a different beast.
The good thing is we're getting better at doing it efficiently
The Kokonut Protocol isn't a weekend idea; it's inspired by 5 years of Pros and Cons, testing in the real world what's really needed to make revenue-positive Real World Assets work IRL while making them borderless for stakeholder participation.
This is the Kokonut Mission β»οΈπ΄

I don't have proof, but I also don't have doubtsπ₯·π οΈ
Being able to fix almost every roadblock that @KokonutNetwork has hit over the past 5 years in a single release is just beautiful.
The biggest improvement since Kokonut's original vision is about to be unveiled, and it is us taking blockers head-on instead of changing lanes π±π΄

puddle is playable. a little brain inside a puddle of flesh, working its way down a floating tower
it's from the @raidguild experiments. the consistent feedback: ai gets you from idea to real mechanics fast, and people love the squishy particle physics. what still lacks is level design. not much feeling or continuity
latest update tries to fix some of that. still learning
Fastest feedback implementation by a mile!
