Without addressing the deal itself, a concession I'd love is that the merged company allows trails by right on power line corridors. (or something, I'm not a lawyer. You guys know what I mean).

The debris trucks I photographed yesterday at the East Potomac Golf Course with taped-over logos also went so far as to tape over their license plates. Just re-watched the video I shot of them arriving and noticed that.
