From being out-everything’d by Moors on Tuesday to beating a top three side today! A very Waddock-era brace of results perhaps, but here’s the thing - today’s mid-match changes did actually change the game!

If you want the full story on what I believe to be the biggest scandal in the history of football you will need to buy a copy of this months @Wheresthebaruk
You will be shocked to the soles of your boots.
Can’t believe Messi has been so complicit in having his legacy tarnished by the tawdry, cynical and miserable interpretation of football his country have just presented us.
Out of interest, as we await another penalties lottery, why can’t one team take pens in front of their fans and the other team take them in front of theirs? There are enough officials to make it work, for god’s sake.
The @NonLeaguePaper has Micah talking about Wembley as the ‘cherry on top’ and Jack discussing ‘the carrot of Wembley’. I’m getting hungry now.

It’s times like these you learn to live again.
More from Underhill, 6th May 1995. Here’s Robin Wainwright, his National League winners medal in hand, meeting one sensibly dressed fan and one full-merch muppet. Perhaps you can decide which is which.
Happy days. Fingers crossed for another one on Sunday.
Having won the league two days prior, we were keen to avoid injuries. A surreal air of celebration/anticipation ensued at Barnet. It’s still the last time we’ve lost 7-0 in a competitive match.
Another angle of Stones fans celebrating, those caps and flags doing a roaring trade.
… and here’s who they were cheering: Paul Bowgett (in red!) lifting up the Alliance Premier League trophy.
Five days later, in more appropriate Wealdstone blue, our captain would be snapped in a rather more famous picture, holding another trophy.
The final is just five days away! So to mark the occasion, pictures from the game we played just five days before the 1985 final: our last league game at Barnet on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday, 6th May.
Here, fans cheer the post-match league trophy lift in the Underhill stand.

Happy 11th May everyone @WealdstoneFC @FaTrophy4
Nice to see @BBCLondonNews covering Boreham Wood’s play off final at Wembley on TV tonight. Looking forward to their coverage of our game there next weekend.
Hmm, conflicted over here. Is it right not to necessarily mind Boreham Wood going up because at least we’d avoid playing them next season?
