Several issues with Nextcloud and Paheko servers and with some URL encodings were fixed.

Since the release of the WebDAV Manager application on the App Store, some of you reported several bugs but liked the application.
Unfortunately I was busy with something else and now I’m maintaining the application again.
I have fixed the major issues.

Latest version includes fix for Paheko and NextCloud servers that were initially not working. This was due to a parsing issue of the XML response that included lowercase hexadecimal URL Encodings (%0a) as the app expected uppercase (%0A).
