Nazis didnt mutilate children though. They stopped the weimar germany practice of child brothels and the beginnings of trans surgery. You can argue all you want about using child soldiers at the end of the war, but they 100% didnt mutilate children

Yes the did at the heuengamme concentration camp Dr. Kurt Heissmeyer was doing lung vaccination for tuberculosis which was already disproven. He purposely infected children with tuberculosis and removed the lymph glands.
