Thousands of arrests in 10 days is the easy part. Removal is where the system gets tested. Anyone who already has a final removal order, or who reentered after deportation, can be removed without a new hearing. Everyone else goes before an immigration judge. Aggravated felons are barred from asylum and cancellation, so those cases should move fast.
