RECRUITING NEVER STOPS 🥎 My own kid is a 2028, and as September 1 arrived, recruiting became real. After the calls, I had the same conversation with her that I’ve had with every player I’ve helped through this process. It’s nice to be recognized. It’s nice to be wanted. Be grateful—but understand there’s still a long way to go. A lot can happen. 1. Be grateful for the coaches who see something in you early. 2. Remember the first schools that believed in you. As the process grows, they should always have a place near the top. 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY: KEEP WORKING LIKE YOU GOT NO CALLS. NO OFFERS. NO ATTENTION. The work got the phone to ring. Don’t let the phone ringing change the work.
