Balloon Post-Up 🎈
Post-up warm-up where players compete for position while keeping a balloon in the air. The additional task creates variability while players manage contact, body positioning and attention at the same time.
#physed we’re almost done with Invasion in grades 3 & 4. The daily responses on “What Fit You the Most?” are building up.
Noticeable for me, I changed my vocabulary a little this year. “Life” is gone. “Fits my life” is in. It’s getting more recognition. “Fun” is out…(1/2)
