BREAKING: Canada's unemployment rate hits a 6-month high after losing 114,700 jobs in just 3 months. Yet Mark Carney just snuck record-smashing immigration levels into yesterday's budget. Canadians need jobs, not more mass immigration: conservative.ca/cpc/no-retur…

Yesterday, Mark Carney announced the highest level of permanent immigration in Canadian history to help his corporate buddies who profit off mass immigration. He tried to hide it. This is a city roughly the size of Winnipeg next year alone. Stop Carney's mass immigration.

Oh really? Doug Ford claimed he wouldn't prosecute people who defended their homes from invasion robberies. In fact he bragged about how he'd kill anyone coming for him. Two-tier justice, I guess.

Just a month ago, Joe Mixon was sitting on that exact same jet, with the exact same two pilots. On Sunday, that plane went down in Florida and took nine lives. The longtime NFL running back shared that he’d flown on the Learjet last month and called the two pilots true professionals and genuinely good people. He said learning about the young pilot, Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, and the bright future she had ahead of her made the loss hit even harder. His message to everyone reading: hold your loved ones close, because tomorrow isn’t promised. As a former athlete, I spent years on charter flights like that, never thinking twice. Stories like this remind you how quickly everything can change. Have you ever felt like you were spared from something for a reason?

A commanding officer for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets was left with life-altering injuries following a vicious assault by a 48-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy while selling poppies. He was supervising cadets selling Remembrance Day poppies in a Hamilton, Ontario, mall on Sunday. The Hamilton Police have decided to protect and hide the identity of the 48-year-old woman who has since been charged with aggravated assault. What is wrong with people? This woman does not deserve anonymity and protection from the Hamilton Police.

How does joining the EU advance Canada's sovereignty? How is adding a layer of regulations good for our economy? Why want greater mobility when this is Europe last weekend?

Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls. That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching. I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee. Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

And UVDL will soon be saying the same about Canada if we consider voting for the wrong political party. This is what's coming and do you think Canadians have the political nerve that Poland just demonstrated? I don't think so -- not anymore.
That moment when unelected EU President, Ursula von der Leyen, openly threatens Italy with punishment if its people dare to vote the ‘wrong’ way. Just as the EU has done with Hungary and Poland. "We have tools"

Excellent report on the crash. Just horrific.
My thoughts on the Lear 60 crash here in Palm Beach country. God bless the crew and passengers.

A moment ago in Calgary - a police motorcade carrying Private Aidan Goulding, who died in the CFB Wainwright tragedy, drove down Crowchild Trail flanked by saluting officers & Canadian flag hung by the FD. They traveled from med. examiners office towards a funeral home in the SE.

🚨 BRIDLE PATH, TORONTO 3:43 a.m. 3 masked thugs smash through the back door of a family home in one of Canada’s richest neighbourhoods. Father + 2 daughters SHOT multiple times. Mother beaten with a hammer. This is what “gun control” actually looks like in 2026. Criminals have the guns. You don’t. Liberals won’t let you. When seconds count, police are minutes away. #cdnpoli #Toronto #CanadaFirst
👀🚨 UPDATE: Police confirm the victims of the violent home invasion in Toronto this morning, a father & his 2 daughters, were shot by a group of armed home invaders who smashed their way in via a backdoor. The mother also sustained serious injuries after being hit with a hammer

262 days. It’s been 262 days since you were airlifted to BC Children’s Hospital. 262 days since we were told, “We did everything we could, but we don’t think she’s going to make it through the night.” Since then, I’ve watched you fight for every single one of those days. 251 days ago, you opened your eye, moved it, and shifted your leg only to be rushed back for emergency surgery that morning when hydrocephalus set in. 238 days ago, you were extubated and breathed on your own for the first time. 230 days ago, you felt the sun on your face again. 224 days ago, the cranioplasty we had planned turned into yet another emergency when an infection was discovered. 214 days ago, your EVD was finally removed. 213 days ago, you sat on the edge of the bed with a little help, and I wrapped my arms around you for the first time since the morning I left for work before any of this began. 191 days ago, the NG tube came out, and I saw your beautiful face completely clear of tubes and tape. 179 days ago, your prosthetic skull was placed. Your fifth surgery, and the one that finally stuck. After that, things slowly began to feel possible again. 145 days ago, you smiled for the first time (intentionally) while we played thumb war. 140 days ago, I wheeled you off hospital grounds for the very first time. 61 days ago, I heard your voice again. 40 days ago, we celebrated your 13th birthday at the Foo Fighters. And today, today you’re being released. There was never a day I stopped believing we would get here. The road ahead is still long, but this is a milestone no one thought we would reach. Maya, you are the bravest person I know. You are an inspiration to so many people. Giving up was never an option for me, and it clearly never was for you either. You refused to accept the words we heard 262 days ago when you came out of the OR. Look at you, my girl. You blew every expectation out of the water. Thank you to the incredible nurses, doctors, and therapists who walked every step of this with us. Thank you to everyone who supported Maya and our family we could not have done this without each and every one of you. Now it’s time to leave these hospital walls behind and keep moving forward, Maya Bear. I love you forever and always. —Dad ❤️

URGENT: Sweden will not offer mRNA-based Covid shots to its citizens this winter, only older protein-based jabs - a stunning rejection. Expect other countries to follow as we learn more about the long-term risks of repeated mRNA/LNP dosing.

NEW: They're calling it the most EXTREME case of suicidal empathy in HISTORY 160 students at McGill university in Montreal are demanding that university ALLOW an indigenous man who is a murderer and who also choked a 15-year-old so severely she was left permanently quadriplegic, brain-damaged, and blind to be enrolled in McGill’s law school this fall In 1984 he sexually assaulted and murdered one woman, then weeks later beat and choked a 15-year-old so severely she was left permanently brain-damaged, and blind; he dumped her body in a ditch believing she was dead. They cited rehabilitation and his Indigenous background. How does one become so NAIVE and moronic? Do you ACTUALLY think the parole board has any clue what he is capable of?
