Blizzard did an excellent job with launch. We think the next step is to get the balance right between number of layers and players online so the world constantly feels full. May take some time to gather analytics, but we know they will get it right.

Blizzard opened a known issues list for WoW Forever and already disabled two broken things
Kaivax says these are problems "already tracked with plans to fix in the future." The PvP vendors are gone from Orgrimmar, Stormwind and Dalaran, and the Vorsha the Lasher quest in Ashenvale is parked after a crash. There are a couple smaller ones too: the cauldron you can fall into in Razorfen Kraul and the bank tabs sitting outside their frame. Both went down the same day the list went up, faster than Blizzard usually moves. What's caught you so far?

Long day but great day today!
A few things to catch folks up on:
1. Transports - we had some issues with the service that manages transports like boats and zeppelins. As a temp fix we spawned some portals to get us through the night. We’ll have a proper fix in the morning and the portals will be removed.
2. Layer populations - we are aware some zones feel more empty than they should. Tomorrow we’ll be tweaking some numbers to make things feel more lively. Sit tight!
Thanks for everyone making this a great, super smooth launch! I’m going to head home and “go to sleep” now. Yep, sleeping. Totally not playing WoW Forever until 3am. Nope.

Blizzard announced changes to leveling in WoW Forever, just for the launch window
1 - killing mobs is the way to go early on, because Blizzard says they've drastically increased spawn rates in those early zones.
skip Sarkoth, and just get to a corner and farm.
2 - every zone now has a profession quest to learn mining skinning or herbalism
if the quest is crowded or annoying skip it and pick up the professions the old fashioned way
3 - every single zone also has a six-slot bag to knock out And, importantly, starting vendor will have a 4-slot reagent bag of your choosing for just 25 copper.
though none of this matters if we are waiting in a 6 hour queue xD
