Kash Patel still hasn't explained why active duty FBI agents were in the crowd clapping as people ran up the steps of the Capitol on January 6, then coordinated with the FBI swat teams that arrived 30 minutes later, and then the same agents went on to raid the homes of J6ers.
The @HouseAdmin Committee has now released Camera 7231 that shows a man described as an active-duty FBI colleague of Former FBI Liaison to Capitol Police John Guandolo, clapping and saying "this is huge" as protestors ran up the east steps on January 6.
I made this as a sealed exhibit that synchronized audio from Guandolo's own recording to the CCTV. Now it is public.

I was in Tucson all week and thought a photo with Pima County law enforcement was warranted. 😂
I’m asking members of Congress to urge @SpeakerJohnson to subpoena the NSBA, local law enforcement, and school administrators who colluded with Garland’s unconstitutional targeting of concerned parents. Congress must investigate those responsible, issue subpoenas, and condition federal funding on correcting these injustices.
Parents like me still living with outstanding warrants or criminal records deserve immediate relief—unjust judgments vacated and records expunged.
Five years later, we’re still waiting for justice. Acknowledgment isn’t enough. We need accountability—and restoration.

I am so sorry.
I tried. I really did.
I have been telling your tragic story for 4.5 years to anyone who would listen.
I helped write The Matthew Lawrence Perna Bill. But only a couple in Congress had the backbone to sponsor it.
I have done COUNTLESS interviews, podcasts, spaces. I have been in 7 documentaries, that reached millions of people. I have met with many congress members in DC, MANY times at my own expense. I have done 4 press conferences in DC, in front of the capitol building.
I even spoke at a Trump rally in front of 10k people. I met him twice, Matthew... I spoke to him at length, he knows your story. HE KNOWS.
Despite everything, no one has been arrested for the treatment you and the other J6ers received. It was my goal to see accountability. That was the only reason I have put myself out there. I NEEDED TO SEE AT LEAST 1 ARREST.
People were cruel to me for speaking out. Oh, the things they said to me! They attacked you, our family, my looks...you name it, I have heard it all.
There are so many supporters for you. People who have never met you, love you like a son or a brother.
I started a foundation in your name. We have raised and distributed thousands of dollars to causes that you believed in. We are doing something good, despite what happened to you.
But, at the end of the day, no one has been held accountable. I am so sorry Matthew. I did everything within my power...but I failed.😢
I will probably write a book, and believe me MANY people are not going to like what I will say. I no longer care.
We miss you so much Matty! We miss Larry and Roni too. Our family is not the same, and never will be.
