We will be there @ChathamHouse, to give the @inecnigeria chairman the shame he deserves, as chief electoral fraudster and criminal.
Going to chatham house to lie won't work this time.

Dear @ChathamHouse,
The INEC Chairman, Professor Amupitan, is scheduled to speak at your institute on November 12th, 2026. However, @inecnigeria cannot parade itself on the global stage as a credible institution.
On October 30th, their own ICT Director, Lawrence Bayode, admitted on live television that Nigeria's national voters register has been heavily compromised with AI-generated voters.
How can @inecnigeria legitimately conduct a credible election using a corrupted database? A compromised register completely invalidates the operational integrity of any democratic process.
Chairman Amupitan cannot credibly lecture an international audience on "Democratic trajectory and region stability beyond the ballot" while failing to deliver basic transparency for the upcoming 2027 elections.
Chatham House must not allow @inecnigeria to present a polished, high-tech facade abroad while its domestic operations suffer from severe irregularities and internal manipulation.

INEC CHAIRMAN: ATTACKS ON NYSC MEMBERS, ELECTION OFFICIALS WILL ATTRACT FULL WEIGHT OF THE LAW
The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Joash O. Amupitan, SAN, has charged electoral officials across the South-South geopolitical zone to uphold impartiality, discipline and accountability as the Commission intensifies preparations for the #NigeriaDecides2027
Professor Amupitan gave the charge on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at the South-South Zonal Interactive Meeting with Staff and Readiness Assessment in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, where he warned that partisanship, negligence, absenteeism and financial impropriety would attract disciplinary action.
The Chairman said the assessment was part of the Commissionās field-based approach to evaluating operational preparedness, identifying gaps and strengthening service delivery ahead of the elections. He cited INECās conduct of governorship elections in Anambra, Ekiti and Osun States, FCT Area Council elections and 16 by-elections as experiences informing preparations for the nationwide exercise.
He disclosed that the South-South zone has 15,823,550 registered voters, including 3,736,434 in Rivers State, and stressed that no eligible voter should be disenfranchised through administrative negligence or logistical failure.
On electoral technology, Professor Amupitan said the Commission was preparing its Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), including 57,000 newly procured devices, while auditing electronic result management systems to strengthen transparency in result transmission through the INEC Result Viewing (IReV) portal.
Addressing concerns over suspicious photographs on the preliminary votersā register published online, he said the Commission was examining the records and would take corrective action based on verified findings. He urged the public to participate in the display, claims and objections process ahead of the publication of the final register scheduled for 15 December 2026.
The Chairman also highlighted the logistical challenges posed by the regionās creeks, coastal settlements and riverine communities. He disclosed that INEC had finalised a Memorandum of Understanding with the Maritime Transporters Union to support the timely and secure transportation of election personnel and materials.
On election security, he reaffirmed the Commissionās collaboration with security agencies under the Inter-Agency Consultative Committee on Election Security (ICCES), emphasising intelligence-led planning and the protection of voters, electoral materials and personnel. He warned that anyone who threatens or harms INEC officials, including National Youth Service Corps members deployed for election duties, would face the full weight of the law.
Professor Amupitan further emphasised strict compliance with electoral laws, regulations and guidelines, while highlighting staff welfare measures, including the Consolidated Election Management Body Salary Structure (CEMBSS), enhanced salary, hazard and field allowances, and a 150 per cent increase in monthly state office overhead allocations, effective 1 July 2026.

Dear @GRVlagos @atiku @ChibuikeRotimi1 @PeterObi @KwankwasoRM @seyimakinde @ADCNig,
Your Excellencies, call me an alarmist, but the time has come for us to face reality.
This is a call to all GENUINE opposition politicians in Nigeria.
For over a decade now, we have all watched the supposed electoral umpire of our great country bring the country to its knees with questionable conduct of voter registration, PVC distribution and supervision of elections.
The idea that they have been receiving billions of dollars in public funds every year, and are unable to CONTINUOUSLY register new voters and issue PVCs accordingly is strange in an era where banks are able to receive applications for payment cards and issue them ON THE SAME DAY, with less capital than is made available to @inecnigeria annually.
We as a country, are a reproach to the black race, being the biggest and clearly, most foolish, on current evidence, of black countries, if we cannot even register our people for elections and conduct said elections in a fair and transparent manner.
This latest fraud that INEC is committing, refusing to register millions of eligible Nigerians, and then withholding the PVCa of millions that have managed to register, and then DELIBERATELY populating the Voters Register with fake AI voters is, for me and millions of Nigerians, the last straw.
If the camel's back must break, so be it.
Our security and investigatory agencies, @PoliceNG @OfficialDSSNG @officialEFCC @icpc are all pretending to be blind, when each single one of them actually has jurisdiction over many of these @inecnigeria INFRACTIONS.
With the openness and persistence of of this pervasive culture of fraud, and the potential for a complete and irretrievable breakdown of law and order because of MILLIONS of Nigerians being systematically denied their right to choose their leaders, there really should be no call for a petition before they do their duty to save Nigeria from the brink of outright collapse.
It is clear to many of us that INEC is thoroughly compromised, CLEARLY PARTISAN and completely incapable of conducting anything resembling a free and fair election.
It is equally clear that the ruling @OfficialAPCNg are determined to ensure that the elections are a complete sham.
INEC's refusal to register millions eligible Nigerians has nothing to do with availability of resources, based on their humonguous budgets. It is clearly deliberate and designed to return the incompetent and irredeemably corrupt APC to power.
It is my opinion that no eligible Nigerian who wants to vote should be denied their right to do so by the deliberate efforts of the crooks at INEC to circumscribe their rights.
I am hereby suggesting this as a way forward:
Following the constructive refusal and abject failure of INEC to do their duty, all Nigerians, eligible by age to vote, should be allowed to either present their NIN, their BVN, or their bank debit card, along with a government issued photo ID, like a passport, or Driving Licence, at their nearest polling unit to vote.
It might sound drastic to some, but if this country is to be saved, it is at least one way forward.
I hope this conversation will continue until we reach an agreeable way of guaranteeing the very survival of Nigerians.
Yours faithfully,
Babatunde O. Gbadamosi
2027 Lagos State ADC Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate.
