Tesla just updated its FSD miles tracker from ~16 billion to 16.7 billion miles to reflect its growing fleet & increased FSD usage. Tesla's fleet is now driving an average of 1,000 miles every 1.8 seconds on FSD, or 50M miles per day, or 18.2B miles per year, up 35% since July 2026.

At some point you have to stop calling Elon’s predictions crazy and admit that he keeps seeing where the world is going years before everyone else Go back through what he has been saying for the last 20 years... In 2006, Elon was already laying out a future built around electric cars and a solar-electric economy Today, one in four new cars sold globally is electric, and Tesla models are now topping overall sales charts in multiple countries, ahead of every gasoline car Then there is solar Elon has been saying for years that ultimately all energy will eventually come from the Sun “Almost all energy long term will be solar. It rounds up to 100%” Now solar has become the single biggest contributor to growth in global energy supply, and it accounted for roughly 75% of all new renewable capacity added last year In 2011, Elon was talking about reusable rockets as the holy grail of spaceflight The idea of launching an orbital-class rocket, landing it, and flying it again sounded insane to a lot of people Now Falcon 9 boosters land and fly again so routinely that people barely even react anymore Then AI Elon was warning about AI safety more than a decade ago, when most of the world was barely thinking about the problem People called him alarmist Now the people building the most powerful AI systems on Earth openly talk about alignment, loss of control, catastrophic risk and whether humans will even remain in charge Elon recently put it very simply: “It’s hard to imagine that the chimpanzees would be in charge” And the crazy part is that even the companies building these models admit that we still do not fully understand what is happening inside them Then Starlink In 2015, Elon was talking about putting thousands of satellites into orbit and creating a global internet network Industry analysts questioned whether the economics of something that massive could ever work.... sounded very insane Today, more than 12 MILLION people use Starlink around the world And then there is the prediction people should really be paying attention to right now... Electricity Years ago Elon was already warning the energy industry: “I can’t emphasize enough: we need more electricity. However much electricity you think you need, more than that is needed” Look at what is happening now AI companies can raise billions They can buy the GPUs They can build enormous data centers And then comes the physical-world problem... Where do you plug all of it in? Elon is now warning that the near-term bottleneck for AI is becoming electricity itself Power plants, Transformers, Substations, Transmission, Cooling, Grid connections The chips can be manufactured faster than the physical energy infrastructure needed to turn all of them on Data centers can be built, but without enough power available at the site, they are just enormous buildings full of hardware waiting to be plugged in Elon saw this bottleneck coming years before AI power demand became one of the biggest infrastructure conversations in the world And he was also pushing solar + batteries as one system long before today's scale existed Now battery storage is the fastest-growing power technology in the world Almost every timeline Elon has given something having a huge global impact had came true again and again, the direction everyone laughed at eventually became the direction the world started moving

An update on FSD Supervised in Europe FSD is currently approved in five EU countries (NL, DK, BE, EE, LT), used by >70k customers for over 1 million km per day, and is 4.1x less likely to get into a crash compared to manual driving, measured across 100 million km on public EU roads. Leading up to a potential EU-wide approval vote for FSD Supervised on October 6th, 2026, we have decided to open-source one of the key pieces of evidence used to support the Netherlands approval. As a reminder, we adjusted the FSD design to be compliant with existing regulation (UN-R-171 DCAS) but requested an exemption for certain behaviors via the EU Article 39 procedure. The following dashboard is evidence of safety for those exemptions. This exact dashboard was shared with all EU Member States in April 2026, shortly after RDW’s approval, and all data presented is from before that date. tesla.com/fsd-evidence-dashb… European countries recorded 19,400 road deaths in 2025. That's around 53 deaths/day, with the vast majority of these crashes attributed to human error. These deaths are largely preventable with technology we have today. FSD Supervised is already saving lives where it’s approved – yet in much of Europe, that safety benefit remains locked behind bureaucracy.

Will man das wirklich?

Danke!
Tesla Never Stopped Developing The Model S — Revelations with @JasonCammisa The Tesla Model S is the most significant car of the last 75 years. It entered production as a Car of the Year winner, but never stopped improving. The world's first software-defined car was continually upgraded, in both hardware and software, so that the final Signature Edition shares little more than its name and skin with the original. This is the story of the Tesla Model S.

People oddly assumed that I didn’t understand LiDAR, even though I oversaw the custom LiDAR development that Dragon uses to dock with the Space Station
Ils finiront pareil. Never bet against end-to-end. Never bet against la simplicité. Never bet against Elon.

Most people have not even realized it yet, but Starlink just quietly became the invisible backbone of Earth For decades, high-speed internet was a luxury of geography. If you lived outside a major city or dared to travel, you had no choice but to be disconnected from the world We literally went from "can you hear me now?" dropped calls in the suburbs to you move anywhere in the world and you are covered by Starlink internet Just look at what SpaceX has achieved so far: → Free, high-speed WiFi rolling out on thousands of flights, trains, and ships → Now officially live in over 150+ countries, territories, and global markets → Direct-to-Cell tech is turning standard smartphones into sat-phones with zero extra hardware → Flawless high-speed internet streaming in the middle of Antarctica → Serving as a critical lifeline for first responders and victims during major natural disasters → Providing unbreakable comms in active warzones and geopolitical conflicts → More than 11 MILLION+ active subscribers globally as of early 2026 → Eliminating dead zones entirely - if you can see the sky, you can connect "I think the single biggest thing you can do to lift people out of poverty and help them is giving them an internet connection because once you have the internet connection, you can learn anything for free on the internet, and you can also sell your goods and services to the global market" — Elon Musk While legacy telecom providers are still struggling to lay cables in the dirt, SpaceX is actively building humanity’s collective nervous system in Low Earth Orbit SpaceX is showing the world what it actually means to be connected on a magnitude we never thought possible

NEWS: The head of @Tesla’s Giga Berlin factory, Andre Thierig, has just called out a German media report from Handelsblatt that claimed the factory produced only 149,000 vehicles in 2025, saying that figure is wrong. “In 2025, we again produced over 200,000 vehicles. And this despite the fact that we stopped production in Q1 for the changeover to the new Model Y and then ramped it up again to 5,000 units per week over several weeks. The Handelsblatt also talks about the fact that the factory is in crisis and accuses me of lying about my statements that we are ramping up production. In 2025, we increased production every quarter compared to the previous quarter. For the first quarter of 2026, we are also planning a further increase compared to the 4th quarter of 2025. And how the Handelsblatt comes up with a profit margin of 0.74% is probably reserved for their secret "arithmetic skills" alone! But why has the Handelsblatt been stirring up so much sentiment against Tesla for some time? I think there are two goals here! • The Handelsblatt degenerates into the mouthpiece of IG Metall. In my opinion, the articles, peppered with false information, are intended to create fear and uncertainty among the workforce and thus influence voter behavior. • For Handelsblatt, this campaign journalism is simply a magnificent source of income! Scandals in connection with Tesla click great. Why seriously when this is how money can be earned?”
Here's André Thierig (@AndrThie), Tesla Giga Berlin head, firing back with facts at the misreporting from Handelsblatt. The German media site has turned into a mouthpiece of IG Metall, the one trying to unionize Giga Berlin. "Dear Handelsblatt - what has become of you?"

The 🇩🇪 German Media are once again Spreading Lies about Tesla The Handelsblatt newspaper, citing data provider Inovev, which estimated the figures, reports that Tesla only produced 149,000 vehicles at Giga Berlin in 2025, with a profit margin of 0.74%. Handelsblatt reports this estimates as facts. This is utter rubbish. Neither the production number nor profit margins about Giga Berlin are disclosed by Tesla. The truth is that the 🇩🇪 Giga Berlin plant manager said, last years "We are ramping up production, not cutting it down." Thierig has been very correct with all his statements about Tesla is credible and can be trusted. Furthermore, Thierig confirmed that more vehicles were produced in 2025 than in the previous year. It is known from publications that approximately 211,000 vehicles were produced at Giga Berlin in 2023. Furthermore, the admittedly weak EU approval figures mask the reality of Giga Berlin's utilization, because in addition to EU countries, Giga Berlin also delivers to Canada, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Norway, Israel and Turkey, among other countries. According to Handelsblatt, Giga Berlin would therefore based on assumed production numbers only have been operating under 40% capacity in 2025. However, this is contradicted by the fact that Tesla invested hundreds of millions in production in 2025, the workforce remained stable, and the company would certainly have reduced staff had the capacity utilization been so low. Such distortions and false reports from Handelsblatt, , based on dubious estimates, may generate good sales numbers for Handelsblatt, n-tv, and other media outlets, but they are simply unethical and incompatible with ethical accurate and correct reporting. The German term for what Handelsblatt has published today is 'Lügenpresse' (lying paper.)
