The biggest media companies in the world are exploiting trends. Your middle and bottom funnel content works because your top funnel content brought people in. Someone might discover you through a post about a trending topic, follow you, read 10 more posts, see a case study, and book a call 3 weeks later. The case study gets credit for the conversion. But without that first post, they might've never entered your world.

Bookmark every post that makes you stop scrolling. Every Saturday morning, go through them all. Reverse engineer the hooks, angles, formats, and why they caught your attention. Then use what you learned to write better content.

Denormalize going for the cheaper option Last month in Thailand, I needed a motor & had 2 options: 1. 350cc for $400 2. 750cc for $850 Convinced myself the 350cc was "good enough" Halfway home, I realized I was riding a shitty, slow bike just to save $450 Got genuinely pissed at myself for even thinking like that Turned around, drove straight back, and got the 750cc Most people will never experience abundance because they've subconsciously conditioned themselves to "be okay" with less And that mentality carries into business You can't build a $10M business if every decision you make revolves around saving a few bucks GO FOR THE BEST & YOU'LL GET THE BEST

Personal stories only work if they change how your ICP sees something. Nobody cares about your life just because it happened to you. The story is just the vehicle. The shift in perspective is what makes it valuable.

I've rarely met a successful entrepreneur ($250k+/mo) who had a balanced personality Most are obsessive, hyper competitive, impatient and almost incapable of switching their brains off Their calendar doesn't say "winding down" or "unplugging" They have a hard time enjoying anything when they know there's still more to be done They're willing to sacrifice things most people wouldn't even consider giving up Which is why 97% will never reach that level, most simply aren't wired for it

If your prospects can't tell why they should choose YOU over 10 other people selling the same thing, your positioning is broken. Use the PROOF to become the obvious choice in your market: 1/ Personal Why should people care about you rather than someone else with the same expertise? (Your background, experiences, failures, beliefs and what shaped the way you think) 2/ Recipe & Receipts How do you achieve results, what makes your approach better and what evidence do you have to back it up? (Your frameworks, processes, principles, unique methods and proof that they actually work) 3/ Outcome Do you understand what keeps them up at night, what they truly want and what's stopping them from getting it? (Your ICP's biggest frustrations, fears, desires, past failures and buying motivations) 4/ Opposition What does everyone else in your market get wrong? (Your competitors weaknesses, flaws in their methods, industry misconceptions, outdated advice and popular beliefs you disagree with) 5/ Footprint What should people immediately associate with YOUR name when they come across your content? (Your core topics, opinions, recurring beliefs you want to be known for) Get your positioning right and you won't have to convince people why you're better than your competitors.

I'm hiring the first Founding Head Copywriter at Revenue Media Lab. We run a done-for-you fractional content department on X and LinkedIn for venture-backed founders and CEOs. We're going after the biggest and best in the game. Now we need our first writer. This is a founding seat. You'll be hire #1 on the writing team, and you'll be in the weeds, hands on, working directly with me on every account. You will never have more access to how I think and how I write than in this role. We’ll build a world-class copywriter training program together. This is not for the weak or lazy. Who this is for: • You are obsessed with copywriting and content. You study feeds, hooks, and angles for fun. • You’ve written for founders or B2B brands before and can show at least 3 live examples of posts that performed and explain why they worked. • You’re tapped into what’s working on X and LinkedIn right now and know how to write X Articles and long-form LinkedIn posts that actually get read. • You are AI-native and use AI as a power tool without it sounding like AI slop. • You can take blunt feedback without getting defensive and implement it fast. • You care more about becoming one of the best B2B founder writers in the world than about building your own “creator empire” right now. If you're looking for something chill, this isn't it. If you want to work harder than you ever have and join a rocketship company, this is it. Application link below. Don't apply if you're not a winner.

"Building in public" or "documenting your journey" is a great way to build an audience that DOESN'T BUY. You'll attract aspiring peers and beginners instead of buyers. Nobody is handing you $5k+ to watch you figure out something they're paying you to already know.

Unpopular opinion: 80% of content agencies will go out of business. Not because their content sucks, but because most of them post content & send a nice little analytics report at the end of the week. They'll celebrate getting a client 1,000 new followers while having no idea how much revenue those followers generated. And somehow they think they're doing an incredible job. If you're bringing in 1,000 new followers a month for someone selling a $5k offer, you should be adding AT LEAST $20k in new revenue. That's 4 clients out of 1,000 followers. 0.4%. The problem is that most of these guys stop caring the moment someone hits follow. They have no idea how to build a funnel, capture leads, or get those people to actually buy something. And that's exactly why they are stuck charging $2k-$5k/mo. Because that's what their service is worth. If you can put an extra $100k into a client's bank account, paying you $15k-$20k becomes a no-brainer. Become responsible for revenue, not views.

One of the easiest ways to stand out in a crowded market is to stop giving advice. Take sales for example. There are thousands of people telling you to ask better questions, handle objections, and follow up with prospects. Nothing wrong with that advice. But nobody is going to remember who said it. Now take those exact same principles, turn them into a 4-step process, give it a name, and start showing people how you use it. Completely different story. Alex Hormozi didn't invent sales. But people associate the C.L.O.S.E.R framework with him. Russell Brunson didn't invent storytelling. But Hook, Story, Offer became his thing. Gary Vee didn't invent giving value before asking for something. But millions of people know Jab, Jab, Right Hook. The point isn't to come up with some revolutionary new method. It's to take something you've already proven works, break it down into steps anyone can understand, and make it recognizable. Then use it everywhere. In your posts, case studies, sales calls, videos, and client conversations. Eventually people start referring to your method instead of just remembering some random piece of advice you gave. And that's when people start associating your name with a specific solution.

It's actually insane how much running a business has changed in 2026. Not long ago, scaling meant hiring more people, building more systems, and spending half your day making sure shit was getting done. Now I've got 69 @bot's working simultaneously, 24/7, for 1/10th of what I'd pay a single employee. Gave it access to pretty much my entire business: Every SOP, dashboard, whatsapp, client calls, google drive, everything. And here's where it gets ridiculous. It knows my business so well that it randomly comes to me with ideas I would've NEVER thought of myself. Without me even asking. It spots problems before they happen, questions my decisions, finds opportunities I'm completely overlooking, and tells me exactly what it would do differently. Genuinely feels like having @elonmusk with his 2000 IQ reading my mind 24/7. Except this guy doesn't stop at giving advice. He goes and actually DOES the work while I'm busy doing something else. If you're not on Ultra doing 69x the work of one person, good luck competing with someone who is. Highest ROI purchase I've ever made. Nothing else even comes close. AGI is here.

Imagine running paid ads without knowing your CPL, CPB, or CAC You'd be lighting money on fire Yet people do the exact same thing with organic content Celebrating impressions & follower counts without knowing how any of it translates into revenue How many profile visits turn into followers? How many of those followers are qualified? How many new followers turn into leads? How many new followers turn into booked calls? Your personal brand is an acquisition channel Treat it that way

The ego of some of these doctors is insane Literally just ended a call early because the guy started disrespecting me for calling him by his first name instead of "Doctor [NAME]" (He’s not even a doctor anymore. He now runs a fat loss program with a 2.6 star rating on trustpilot) From now on, I expect everyone to call me Founder Ryan!

If your content sounds exactly like your competitors, no amount of posting will save you.. Everyone's studying the same creators, copying the same formats & repeating the same opinions with slightly different words The best thing you can possibly do is figure out what everyone in your industry believes that you know is wrong from actual experience Open a google doc and make 2 columns: On the left, write down 5 things everyone in your industry keeps preaching On the right, write down what you've actually seen work instead, based on your own results, mistakes & experience Pick 5 of those disagreements and start posting your reasoning behind them, including the evidence that backs them up Then pay attention to which opinions attract the people you'd actually want as customers

The biggest misconception about confidence is that you need it before you take action. Most people aren't born confident. They become confident because life forces them into situations where they have no choice but to figure things out. You get thrown into situations you're completely unprepared for. You make mistakes, embarrass yourself, lose money, get rejected, and question every decision you've made. But somehow, you figure it out. And the more often that happens, the less intimidating the next challenge becomes. Because you've already proven to yourself that being uncomfortable doesn't mean you're incapable. Eventually, you realize that the people you once looked up to aren't necessarily smarter, more talented, or more capable than you. They were just willing to try things before they knew how to do them.
It took me 29 years to realize that the cheat code to life is just having delusional confidence.
