REAL PROJECT TEAMS 4/5 I’ve been handed projects that are already in motion. I am dumped in the battle to lead the charge while it is moving. The machine is in motion, and I don’t want to wreck it. This is the goal for my project teams.

REAL PROJECT TEAMS 1/5 I joined the foodbank team, putting me in the middle –NOT in charge—of a significant project. Projects are what I do, but this was the weekend and something else entirely. I didn’t think of it as a project until I got into it. Then it was unmistakable.

"Freethinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without prejudice and without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, privileges, or beliefs. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking..." — Leo Tolstoy
