In an interview with Jordan B. Peterson, Dr. Gary Nolan stated his tentative conclusion that a non-human presence has been on Earth for a very long time.
While Dr. Nolan is confident that something could be here, he is not certain what it is. He expressed discomfort with reports of biological beings that look too similar to humans. From a genetics perspective, he questions why the human form, with two arms and two legs, would necessarily be the most successful biological shape across the cosmos.
Dr. Nolan argues that there is more than enough evidence from thousands of reports to justify a serious investigation into the phenomenon.
He urges his scientific colleagues to set aside their sarcasm and consider the sheer volume of these accounts. He also shared personal experiences that suggest high-level interest and sensitivity around the topic.
He mentioned receiving a phone call from someone representing the White House who told him to stop talking about a particular subject they felt was too sensitive.
Furthermore, he noted that he has briefed the Canadian Parliament, with all major parties except the separatists being receptive, as well as the European Parliament. He says these bodies are aware of what some of their own military personnel have been reporting.
