Ignorance isnā€™t insensitivity. The problem is some of you also double down when you are wrong . There was a time I had a wrong interpretation of First do no harm to a certain scenario. It took just a reply to a tweet by my classmate(AyK to take it down and I went back to check .

I have a proposal, although it may not be ideal for patient experience. Not every patient needs 15 minutes. Some need 5, others need 30. But fixed appointment times mean any time saved with one patient canā€™t easily be carried over to another.

What if we moved to 1-hour appointment windows instead? Patients would be guaranteed to be seen within their allocated hour, rather than at an exact time.This could give clinicians more flexibility to match consultation time to patient need.
