People think turn based game doesn’t require any skill but the skill is about planning your rotations and your speedtuning. You can’t really use your usual skill logic like “fast hand” or smtg for a turn based game like it is not genshin with dragonstrike diluc

If Phainon doesn't work with a sustain that's his own fault as a DPS though, to go sustainless and to speed tune is way beyond what's expected of a normal player. You can encourage it and it will make Phainon perform better, but too many people act like it's base line, it's not.
