Cool use case I’ve found with @bot I’ve been struggling to find a real use case for grok bot; but just recently I was looking to test an application that I’ve been developing for a few months and I want users to test it.. I started by giving my friends access (coming from different walks of life) but the feedback was always so scattered and frankly unactionable. So I decided to try building bots with @bot and needless to say, it’s been a phenomenal experience.. Essentially I’m building focus groups, giving each bot different personas, demographics and skill sets and I have a focus group orchestrator that sets the task and bots go out to the application and come back with feedback according to their persona. It’s been very helpful when developing products that I want an older demographic to be the user, or sometimes it’s a developer experience I’m looking for feedback on.. and then the feedback I get is structured and fed to a developer based bot to then make actionable items for my agents to then code / fix.
