Stupid is easily fixed. You just hit it with a hammer... Ok, maybe not fixed but you stopped it walking around... & being anywhere near you.
Rough. Knowing you're almost certainly going to die in about a minutes time but you have to keep 'working the problem' right into the ground.
A terminal thought of how an inocuous decision 5 minutes ago put you right where you are.
Rough way to go out.
Why would any man subordinate their time and attention to the schedule and whims of someone else's child?
From 'their' institutionalised perspective we are indolent, ignorant, disobedient, and unruly.
'They' are of the belief that correct or incorrect their institutional information, knowledge, and decisions supersede even reality because the system requires it to be that way.
The procedure is rarely about halting the harm. More often than not it is about political power to wield at a later time.
The same institutional minds have a proceduraly enforced belief we en masse are wrecking everything with our liberty and individual autonomy.
Presumably it seems perfectly acceptable to counter-protest Palestine Action in the vicinity of the US Embassy today?
It can't possibly be illegal to say "Palestine Action are naughty!" and "Israel commits war crimes & continues genocide, UN report says"?
Anyone planning to attend a demonstration in support of Palestine Action in the vicinity of the US Embassy on Saturday, 31 October will face arrest as part of a robust policing operation.
Expressing support for the group is an offence under the Terrorism Act following its proscription in June 2025, a decision upheld by the Court of Appeal in June 2026.

Infinite -vs- Finite games.
Is it really partisan to point out one side is playing a finite game, often going well outside the bounds of the infinite game at every opportunity?
Elon's point isn't partisan. It's about who gets to rewrite the rules.
In 1937 FDR, fresh off winning 46 of 48 states, tried to add up to six justices. His own party controlled the Senate, and its Judiciary Committee still killed it: "a measure which should be so emphatically rejected that its parallel will never again be presented."
The Court has had 9 seats since 1869. In 2021 a bill was introduced to make it 13. That same year the House passed DC statehood, 216-208.
Change the referee, add 4 senators, legalize millions of new voters, and you don't win the next election. You win all of them.
I live in Europe. I know what it looks like when one side treats the rules as a tool.
51 senators. That's the whole firewall.
The healthcare workers
BREAKING: South Sudan’s Western Equatoria government has announced plans to install @Starlink along the DRC border to strengthen Ebola prevention.
At Nabiapai’s screening centre, it would help health workers share information and coordinate responses to protect local communities.
Buttfucking your base and doing a 180 on promises they stuck their necks out to back you on has consequences.
These aren't even unforeseen consequences. When you flip on your own and feed your opponent's narrative such a feast it looks less an error and more an intent.
I suspect this is an example of the BBC's woke style guide injecting inaccuracy.
They couldn't bare to use the correct traditional term of 'Tradesmen' or the new informal 'Tradies'. Instead they said 'Traders'... A Trader is a whole other animal.

Yet, wildly, the solution they are leaning towards is to get the powers that be to welch on an explicit contract with an earlier generation.
If your answer to finding out a vague arm wavy implicit 'deal' wasn't ever the deal is to raid another group - you're a bit of a cunt.
Millennials: The Rug Pull Generation.
Study hard and you'll get a good job. 2008 financial crisis.
Work hard and you'll own a home. Housing crisis.
Build a career and enjoy stability. Gig economy and layoffs.
Enjoy your prime years. Global pandemic.
Save for your future. Inflation.
Finally, AI might free us from working our lives away. Potential World War III.
And World War III - Give me a fucking break. Millenials want it as long as someone else fights in it.
Debt. That's it, Debt. That's the only thing that 'fucked' Millennial and they were so into it. They slurped the debt dick for those prime years university 'experience'.
