Massive thank you to everyone who has pre-ordered their copy (or copies!) of this already, it's hugely appreciated. Copies are going fast, which is a relief, but you can still secure yours at yorktonebooks.bigcartel.com/ #ycfc #football #photography #photobook #archaeology #Yorkshire
Made the mistake of listening to Lindsey's PMI. Some half time talk that must've been. Jesus! Stick with him and I fear the worst for #ycfc, and that's completely ridiculous given where we were in Summer. 'Someone' needs to face the reality of what they did, and address it.
Can't blame the ref for that one. Decent 1st half in parts but a lack of quality subs or changes killed whatever hope we had in the 2nd half. Yet again City utterly, and embarrassingly, unable to adapt. I want to be supportive and positive about #ycfc but that was absolute shite.

Grimsby Town... When a football ground is at the heart of the community.
What a photo this is. 👏 #GTFC
Proper balls up but at least the co chair has fronted up and struck a reasonable tone. One for the contract lawyers once the dust has settled.

Shame. Up to the (stupid) red #ycfc looked well up for that. That said, it fell apart pretty quickly and pretty badly thereafter aided throughout by a panicked referee who dug himself, and City, into an inescapable hole. Injuries and suspensions stacking up. Fuck's sake.
This'll no doubt see me called all sorts again 🤪 but what a thoroughly decent bloke who should've had a shot at L2 with #ycfc
Just read this again and 😢 I only met him once. At the LNER on the evening after Rochdale. He wandered in with his laptop and pillow and was just humility personified. "Enjoy your facking evening' boys!" he told us after a hug and some pics. We did, Stu, we really did.
#ycfc
Welcome 3 pts and better #ycfc performances 2nd half but McNally kept us in it and Vale were yet another very limited L2 side. Maybe it's just me but it's really not happening for me. It's functional, we're picking up some points, but it's unlovable football. It doesn't move me.

My review of the excellent “Fanzine” by @d_gray_writer in @YfrontFanzine
Twitter is actually decent again minus the Russian bots. Incredible. Reform and all that nationalist shite getting far less attention than before. I wonder if the actual non blue tick Faragist fake patriots and hangers on are realising the echo chamber was Putin sponsored?
As always it's a pleasure to get the latest copy of @YfrontFanzine, especially with such a fine selection of #ycfc stickers. Can't stress enough how important it is to have these handmade artifacts in a world of digital and AI shit. Cherish it, support it, buy it, appreciate it.
Deserved a point, but nothing more. Northampton at least played to their strengths (press, hustle, foul, disrupt) while #ycfc were unusually imprecise in both long and short passing. Eventually Pearce did what he does best and fair play to King for some much needed quality. Meh.
