Personally what made mouthwashing so compelling was the fact you were playing as an unreliable monster. Being able to SEE Jimmy instead of it being first person probably wont make it as compelling (imo) I also fear too many people are gonna see Jimmy as the victim in this.

It also just voids some of the gameplay machanics like the entire "oh you can zoom in" feature that your brain clicks with the shooting hallucination section. Not everything needs to be a movie. Allow games to be their own art form.
