First, he BROKE HIS HANDCUFFS OFF.
Then the suspect turned, THROAT-PUNCHED the sheriff’s deputy escorting him, turned around, and absolutely TRUCKED the second sheriff.
Timothy Regal was there to be sentenced on charges including assault, aggravated menacing, and failure to comply.

🚨 MAJOR #UPDATE: UMass Dartmouth football player Marvins Antoine, 18, was fatally stabbed in Providence early Saturday morning.
Police have now identified and charged 19-year-old UMass Dartmouth student Chukuwnonso Uzoma-eze with murder........
Antoine, a freshman running back, suffered stab wounds to the chest and was pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital.
His teammate, 19-year-old Kensley Macean, was also stabbed and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
🚨 UMASS DARTMOUTH FOOTBALL PLAYER STABBED TO DEATH IN PROVIDENCE:
18-year-old Marvins Antoine, a freshman running back at UMass Dartmouth, was STABBED TO DEATH early Saturday morning in a Wendy’s parking lot in Providence, Rhode Island.
Another 19-year-old UMass Dartmouth football player was also stabbed and suffered NON-LIFE-THREATENING injuries.
Police say the two players had been at a nearby nightclub with other members of the team before the stabbing.
A "suspect" is in custody as police investigate what led to the altercation. (We all know why they are not showing him.)
Antoine was from Boston and previously played football at Durfee High School in Fall River, Massachusetts.
He was only 18 years old..

Parents in Lumpkin County, Georgia, who forced their way onto a Cottrell Elementary school bus now reportedly have warrants out for their arrest. 🤣
Parents say the driver locked the kids inside for about 30 minutes after refusing to let them off.
Kids were reportedly screaming, with some trying to climb out of the windows.
Some parents then forcibly removed several children from the bus..
I am still waiting for the bus footage or cellphone video to be released.

Lumpkin County, Georgia , Monday, Sept. 14, after school.
Parents say a Cottrell Elementary school bus driver refused to let children off the bus at their normal drop-off because they were “misbehaving.”
Then, they say, the doors were locked.
Kids were reportedly screaming, with some allegedly trying to climb out of the windows. Parents went to the back door, but say that was locked too.
Brooksie Matthews had three children on the bus. Her daughter Piper reportedly watched the entire incident.
Another mother, Mariah Canyon, says her daughter is now having nightmares and is scared to get back on a school bus. "nightmares" its been 2 nights.
Police eventually arrived, and the children were able to get off.
Lumpkin County Schools says it is reviewing the bus video.

🚨FIND HIM! Albany police need help finding a black man on video beating people in the street.

His name is Devin Brewington. He is 31 and lives in Albany. Matt Van Swol said the attacks have run for months and that Brewington was still free.

The posted tape is several attacks cut together. One stretch shows a body slammed to concrete. Another shows a blond person lying in the street.

A separate stretch has a man saying he never did nothing. Another stretch shows Brewington laughing. The audio has people screaming.

Colonie police took him Feb. 13 at Colonie Center for felony criminal mischief. They sent him to Albany Med on a psych eval and released him on a March 25 court ticket.

In June 2023 Albany police charged him with wrecking the statue at Villa di Como on Lark Street. That spring they also charged him with kicking a mirror off a car on Fourth Avenue.

An Albany court index still lists a May 24, 2023, hate-crime aggravated harassment count under his name. None of that took him off the street.

He is hurting people in the capital and going home. APD needs him found.
