To anyone who owns a percentage of a song through @join_royal , curious…how much have you received in royalty payouts? Also, are you getting a cut on all royalties (ie master recording + publishing/songwriting)? Or just the mast side?

@hgmiller29 just listened to your segment on Bloomberg crypto episode decentralizing the music industry…Curious, how much money are the token holders receiving? 0.005% of royalties divided by 5,000 is a pretty small percentage. Even at a $1B that’s not a lot of $.

Also, the frustrating element of all of the current music nft royalty places is that they still require trust that the major DSPs are tracking and reporting the stats correctly. Just want to get some context in here about the actual “sharing of profits” that’s marketed….
Amen to this. People got to do what they got to do. Respect different circumstances.
