Delta is now in public beta. It’s a multiplayer environment for coding with agents and reviewing what they build, with every code change linked to the conversation that produced it.
Anyone can download it today on macOS, Linux, and Windows: delta.dev/download
Please accept our dual contribution to Twitter discourse, rust tooling and something named corgi
corgi.build
Finally put up a website for corgi (corgi.build). Now need to get Linux/Windows support solid...
Multiple terminals landed in Delta v0.22. You’re no longer limited to one per thread.
Type `@!` to start a new terminal in your chosen worktree (1), or recall an existing session (2).
Running PR checks without GitHub Actions in the middle sounds pretty nice. Really like what our friends at @dagger_io are doing here.
Announcing Dagger for GitHub.
Run the same checks before and after push. See results in your terminal and PR.
Cut out the middleman: just GitHub and Dagger Cloud.
Stop wasting compute: checks are cached, and you pay for exact usage, not machines.

Your Delta threads are private by default - you choose when to share them.

There’s the security angle of various conversations that ought not to be public…
DeltaDB is a new, Git-compatible version control system for agent context. It keeps every edit linked to the conversation that produced it.
@as__cii takes a deep dive into how we built it with Rust, SQLite, and Durable Objects:

Every thread gets synchronized to its own Cloudflare Durable Object.
The object comes to life the first time a client connects to it. Creating a thread costs nothing on the server. We scale horizontally with the number of threads.
You can use DeltaDB through the CLI to version the conversation alongside the code. Claude Code is supported today, with Codex and Pi coming next.

It also powers Delta, our first-party agentic harness with a fast, native UI.

No more being mean to your agent behind closed doors
We're working on allowing Delta to tap into the Zed's language extensions! Stay tuned.

🚀 Zed v1.26 is out!
While paused at a breakpoint, you can now inspect a variable’s state right in the editor by hovering over it.
Thanks Tortes!
