When we signed him we felt he would be a special player for us. My sister and I messaging each other.. he would be wearing our grandads number 7 shirt and his initials are GG. The name my grandads great granddaughters call him 🥰 And what a special player he is 🖤🤍

As well as his playing days with FFC, @CoventryCityFC was a huge part of grandads career, winning promotion with his old team mate Jimmy Hill as manager. Love this photo of him leaving the pitch after promotion & got a pic with him when I visited their ground on a work trip 🤍
