🔥 US Democrats are looking to reshape the rules for crypto regulation.
House Democrats are reportedly discussing a new crypto market structure bill for the next Congress, with a different approach from the previous CLARITY Act.
Proposals under consideration include:
- Giving the SEC greater oversight authority over crypto.
Narrowing the CFTC's role in crypto regulation.
- Strengthening customer asset protections and reserve transparency requirements.
- Potentially restricting crypto activities by the President, federal officials, and their families to prevent conflicts of interest.
The discussions could bring back several provisions that were excluded from the 2025 CLARITY Act.
It's official: Blast L2 is shutting down.
Backed by @paradigm, @blast officially ceased operations on November 4, following its decision to abandon the project in early October.
Users still have until November 4, 2027 to withdraw their remaining assets from the network.
Once a major name in the L2 space, Blast has seen its $BLAST market cap collapse from its previous peak to less than $700K.
Fungo Labs: The first encrypted NFTs on Ethereum 🔒
NFTs have a problem few people talk about: everything is public. Traits, stats, rarity ranks all get scraped the moment a collection reveals. On a public chain, an NFT can't keep a secret.
@FungoLabs fixes this by encrypting what's inside, built on @zama FHEVM. Smart contracts can compute on data they can never read.
Every NFT has 2 layers:
- The look (art): mints sealed. Only the holder can view it, and it goes public only if the holder chooses to publish.
- The essence (class, 4 stats, element): encrypted for good. There's no reveal function, not even for the team.
Both are drawn at random using on-chain FHE randomness at mint. Nobody picks for you, and there's no metadata server or back door.
Why it matters: a contract can settle a duel without either side revealing its stats. That's the foundation for games with truly hidden stats.

Trump Media moves 4,259 BTC to @cryptocom in a massive Bitcoin transfer.
A wallet linked to Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, reportedly transferred 4,259 BTC to @cryptocom.
The transfer is estimated to be worth between $342M and $434M, representing roughly 30% of the company's previously disclosed Bitcoin holdings.
🚨 Chainalysis suspends several key services after detecting suspicious activity.
On November 4, 2026, the blockchain analytics firm identified unusual activity and temporarily took several services offline.
Affected services include KYT interfaces and APIs, Address Screening tools, and the login portal.
Chainalysis says users will be required to reset their passwords and API keys once Reactor and Data Solutions are back online.
🚨 Thailand is set to block Bitget from December 5 over unlicensed operations.
Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission has filed a criminal complaint against BG Limited, the operator of Bitget, for allegedly operating a digital asset business without a local license.
The regulator has also urged users to withdraw their funds from Bitget before December 5 to avoid potential disruption.

ZetaChain proposes shutting down its Layer 1 and migrating ZETA to Solana. ⚠️
A new onchain governance proposal outlines several major changes:
- December 9: Permanently halt block production on ZetaChain L1 and migrate native ZETA to Solana at a 1:1 ratio as an SPL token.
- ZetaLabs: Launch a privacy-focused AI application for financial markets, using ZETA for service payments, feature access, and governance.
- Token burn: Approximately 55 million ZETA allocated for validator rewards would be burned in batches throughout 2027.
Voting is scheduled to end on November 7.
This would mark a major shift in ZetaChain's direction, from its own Layer 1 toward Solana and AI-powered financial applications.
Pumpfun expands beyond Solana, adding Avalanche and NEAR tokens!
Users can now discover and trade $AVAX and $NEAR ecosystem tokens directly through the app without bridging assets.
@Pumpfun also says its cross-chain trading fees are among the cheapest available.

Spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs return to net inflows on November 5! 📈
US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $74.57M in net inflows, ending a three day outflow streak.
Fidelity FBTC led with $236.72M, while BlackRock IBIT saw approximately $201.24M in outflows.
Ethereum ETFs also reversed course, attracting $53.02M in net inflows. BlackRock ETHA brought in $32.75M, followed by Fidelity FETH with $19.24M.
