Big day for PDAC!! 🤯
Phase 3 trial of Daraxonrasib (oral RAS(ON) inhibitor) versus systemic chemo in previously treated metastatic PDAC.
⬆️ Median OS (13.2 vs 6.7 mo.) and PFS (7.2 vs 3.6 mo.) with RAS(ON) therapy (HR 0.45; 0.49)
