I need to coach a youth team next season. I need a reset. The passion the little brings is just so different. Besides, I don’t want to wait until every kid gets to 5/6 to coach them. I put it on my survey this season but I think my bosses thought I was trolling🥵😢.

I mean in addition to the teams I already coach… not sure how that’s possible with my full time job and business. I need to be doing cheer full time in the next 2 years in order for life to be sustainable. I’m tired all the time 😩🤣

Parents in youth sports - please stop lying for your kids and allowing them to miss practice. I simply don’t understand the logic. My mother would never. Do we not value integrity anymore??? These kids are the future!!!!
