When AO3 is back up, don't rush to post your fics right away - they’ll get drowned out by the flood of other people who'll also be eager to post theirs, and yours might go unnoticed (and it could also cause AO3 crash. Again).

And this isn’t the first post like this. It amazes me that people don’t realise that fanfiction doesn’t belong to them. It is US who could easily be sued for copyright infringement if the rights holders wanted to.
